This was by far the worst stay of my life. The property staff was unprofessional and unavailable when entering the office. The property itself had an unusual presence of unwanted guest and law enforcement. Animals were tied up on the side, people were standing out smoking. Entering the room was PURE HELL! The room smelled so bad, the lights weren’t working and the room was dirty! The bathroom was something out of an horror scene. This was the NASTIEST FACILITY EVER!!

Room was very dirty, cabinets all need to be replaced tub is very un safe . Microwave is falling off wall. I asked for a non smoking room because of health problems every thing smelt so bad of smoke. Coco machine and everything in suit case still smell like smoke. Will never stay there again.

Didn't get rooms we reserved (2 beds, 2 rooms). Rooms wreaked of Pot smell. Facility and amenities were old worn out-needing replacement. Window was cracked, screen torn, obviously had been broken into at some point. Security lock was hanging on two screws. Beds were worn out and uncomfortable. WAY overpriced for conditions, but all of Phoenix was booked up. The place reminded me of third world countries I've had to travel through.
