Sugar Marina Hotel-SURF-Kata Beach

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Compared with the first time, the service, hardware and breakfast were discounted a lot. 1. Our family of five stayed, two adults and three children (one 12 years old and two 9 years old) booked two rooms with direct access to the swimming pool. We checked in at 8 o'clock in the evening. As soon as we entered the room and were still packing our luggage, the front desk called and said that they would charge for an extra bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and they replied that they could not do anything. We compromised and paid 300 baht a day for an extra bed, but they did not actually give us an extra bed. 2. Speaking of breakfast, we stayed for 7 days and it was the same every day. One day, the two children were not feeling well, so I asked the waiter to help pack two breakfasts, but the service said no. After explaining for a long time, I finally took two boiled eggs and two waffles. Our fee clearly includes breakfast, so why do I have to say good things to them just to pack a bag? The three children have to soak in the water for a while almost every day, and the feet of the two children are scratched to varying degrees. The temperature of the shower water in the bathroom is very difficult to adjust. It takes several minutes every time. It is so hot. 4. I went to the front desk to get mineral water. There was a foreigner in front of me. The waiter gave me two bottles directly. When it was my turn to get it, the waiter asked me my room number first. What kind of difference is this?

I stayed here for the second time. The hotel is still very clean, the service is considerate and friendly, it is very quiet at night, the breakfast is very rich, I like the swimming pool very much, I don't worry about getting tanned when swimming in the afternoon~ except that there are a lot of mosquitoes. There is a 711 nearby, as well as a night market, with fruits and seafood~ It's delicious! It's not far from the beach, and you can reach Kata Beach in 10 minutes~ You can have a good mood every day! I will stay here next time~

The room was very unhygienic, the first time I encountered such a bad experience. There were several obvious stains on the quilt! The worst thing was that the two waitresses at the front desk had very bad attitudes. One of them was thin with long hair and didn't offer any service at all. She ignored everyone! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The service and hygiene were very poor!

A hotel with a cool concept, but with very clumsy management. Many places are shabby, dirty and extremely unpleasant. The room itself is not bad for spending a couple of nights. The pool was a bit dirty, there was construction going on all around that probably wouldn’t be finished for the next one and a half to two years. I don't recommend it if the price is high.

係布吉最後一日訂的酒店，感覺很不錯，幾百蚊還有🛁性價比很高，比起之前幾日住巴東indochine感覺方便好多，唔使租電單車，附近有購物 按摩 夜市 步行都好方便，最中意附近kata beach衝浪，雖然落雨但玩左一下午好開心，可惜第二日要飛了，下次再來會選擇入住

The front desk is very good, they will clean and change towels every day, no need to tip ~ The hotel is not far from Katakal, very convenient ~ ~

There is only one socket in the whole room with electricity. The TV didn't work for three days. They said they would fix it but it didn't. Apart from these two points, the rest is pretty good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK. After all, you only sleep in the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A shop for renting scooters was just around the corner. There were also lots of places to eat and shop at the night market. The location for excursions was a bit awkward, but it was still possible. The journeys were longer.

I never comment, but this time the room was really bad and the facilities were shabby. A musty smell hit my nose as soon as I entered the room. The bath water was very cold. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush. I couldn't even put a bag in it. There was almost no service. Don't stay in this hotel. Room 2307 looks like a gui. I didn't take any pictures and now I really get goosebumps when I think about it!
