This villa has an excellent team that provides good service to guests before and during their trip. However, the response is extremely slow or unable to respond to requests during non-office hours. Their shuttle to and from Kamala Beach is a great plus.

The attitude of the staff is not good
When I inform the staff there is a cockroach in my room in the evening, there reply is 3 hours later and they just ask me to rest and they will clean the room by the other day
There doesn’t seem to be a immediate response from the hotel

The hotel-style Villa... has a comfortable environment and is cleaned every day, but sometimes they forget things. It seems that they didn't remember to take away the old towels and replace them with new ones for two days. If you break the shower gel, you have to pay for it instead of getting a free one.
