The boss is Chinese and friendly, which makes communication easy. Good good good. Those who like to ride a bike can rent a bike or motorcycle. The garden in the hotel is a quiet corner for those who are tired after going out to sea, soothing the tense nerves and resting the tired body.

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

This is the most satisfying accommodation for my trip. The boss is Chinese, communication is barrier-free, and he will come to greet you in person on the day of arrival, so don't worry about not being able to find the place. There are 711, spa, and various restaurants nearby, everything is available. The boss prepared snacks for us in the room, and there are drinks in the refrigerator. Toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. The beach is a few steps down, and the villa swimming pool is also very clean. You can switch freely. There are not many people on the beach, which is basically a private beach, very suitable for parent-child play. In a word, you just need to feel at ease to check in, and the thoughtful boss will help you solve your problems. Oh, the boss also accompanied us to order food, because he said that takeout was too expensive, so I saved at least 100 yuan for a hearty dinner. Must be full marks💯

The room is a Thai-style building. Each building faces the swimming pool. There are large areas of green plants outside the window, which are very pleasing to the eye. The swimming pool is very friendly to children and has an independent shallow water area for children. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast with white rice porridge, soy milk and fried dough sticks. Although the variety is not very rich, there are both Chinese and Western styles. Everything is delicious, very friendly to the elderly and children, not greasy or spicy, and the most important thing is that there is no language barrier. The staff can communicate in Chinese. I chose this place without hesitation for the next few days. Five-star recommendation. If you want to save worry and effort, you have to choose a hotel opened by our Chinese.

Location wise I would say u will need to spent quite a bit on travelling especially to the beach, u need to go 1 whole big round instead of crossing which the map make it seems to be. It’s not a happening location and far from those places of interest and the road always jam up with cars. Breakfast is the same everyday, I would say average but the bar food is good. The swimming pool area is good for families with kids as the slides is a big attraction other than that nothing special. The worst part is the hot water system is down during my stay, either u wait for that pathetic 6 shower rooms which they fix a water heater inside the bathroom or u just go ahead with seriously cold water and the shower room is so dirty n smelly with rubbish everywhere n choking drainage. Room house keeping is good, the staff tidy very neatly n clean. My humble opinion is if u r going for a better hotel with lower budget, this is a place u can consider but end of the days is walking n walking n walking or consider renting a motorbike or simply call a grab. U might save on the hotel room but spending more on transportation. From kata to Patong, easily average $500 batt not to say even further area. Thank you.

The hotel location is like 15 minutes walking to Kata Beach with a nice pool. There are plenty of restaurants within the 10 minutes walking distance and so it is fine, as the hotel is locating in a pretty quiet area. However, the hygiene and the maintenance of the hotel can be improved, as there is damage on the pillow case, smelling of urine in the shower room and also no repair for the lighting in the room. Besides seems the housekeeper will not vacuum the floor as we saw hairs from the last guest(s) when we check in. Really hope the cleanliness and hygiene can be improved.

Reserved the Deluxe Seaview Room for 5D4N with my husband. From check in till check out, the service was exceptional. The receptionist (Mon) was fluent in english and escorted us to our room on the 5th floor. Unlike other hotels around, there’s an elevator in this hotel so you don’t have to worry about climbing the stairs. The bellboy also helped carry our luggage into the room and load our luggage into the car when we check out. Lobby: Cozy, with many sofas, pool table & foosball table. Room: Spacious room with partial sea view from the balcony. It also feels great to sleep on the cozy king bed after a full day tour. The TV only has cable channels, but we’re mostly outside so it wasn’t much of an issue. All the light switches & alarm clock is by the bedside which is very convenient. Smoking: They provide ashtray to smoke on the balcony. Bathroom: Spacious & clean, with bidet spray. Shower area & bathtub is separated. The water heater is easily adjustable and heats up very fast. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel & toothbrush is provided. Breakfast: Buffet style breakfast with Asian & Western cuisine. If you’re a muslim, do note that there are some pork dishes. You can avoid eating the porridge/bacon/meat. Surrounding: The hotel is situated on top of the hill away from the hustle & bustle. Hourly shuttle van to Kata Beach is provided for free. It’s possible to walk to the beach as it’s only 5 minutes away. However the slope is quite steep. There’s so much to explore while walking. Kata Walking Street & Karon Plaza/Beach is within walkable distance from the hotel. There’s also restaurants, ATM, minimarts, clothing stores & bars nearby. Central Phuket & Jungceylon is around 20-30 minutes by car. It takes about 1-2 hours to get here from Phuket International Airport depending on the traffic. Activities: VR games, yoga, cooking class & underwater scooter rental are available at additional cost. Staff: Very polite, friendly and fluent in English. Always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant staffs are very service oriented & housekeeping did a fantastic job in making up our room everyday. Cons: Insects on the balcony, especially lizards at night. Just close the balcony door & it won’t enter the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay here was great. The facilities were top notch and the staff was very welcoming, helpful and hardworking. The location is good too. Everything in Phuket seems far away because of the traffic but the beach was in walking distance from the hotel which was great. The only thing we suggest is telling the customer upon checking that if the deposit is done by card the money would be returned in about two weeks, we recommend paying the deposit/guarantee in cash. Other than that everything is great. We had a great stay at Avista Grande. We will definitely stay there again!

Love this resortl! Great pools and convenient location! Good for family and friends! The room is clean and big! It's only 3 minutes away from beach and there's 711 right across the street! 2 pools for grown ups are very big and nice and the kids pool is very nice too(according to my childhood memories) The poolside bar has variety of drinks and the staffs there are always friendly and nice! The staffs at this hotel was really amazing even the hotel guard and the gardening staffs! Everybody was very friendly and kind especially Bunrung, Supith and Keaw! Just checked out from here today and I already miss it!
