"I can't possibly say enough to recommend this hotel! We'd missed our check-in elsewhere due to traffic problems and they'd refused to accommodate us. We came across this hotel, despondent, while driving back to Cinque Terre to try to find a dog-friendly hotel at short notice. I have never felt more welcome at a venue. The owner and all the staff were helpful and friendly, found us a room, accepted the dogs and gave us a meal just as the kitchen was about to close. They catered for my vegan friend and my own allergy to gluten and then when they could not come up with a dessert (20 minutes notice) they gave us a whole bowl of fruit to take to our room. Breakfast was ecellent also. The location is stunning and the amenities incredible - if I ever go back to this area of Italy I will definitely book again. Who knows, it was so good that I might just go there anyway to make better use of the leisure facilities and the excellent food."
