"My stay at the Wilson Boutique Hotel was absolutely fantastic, completely exceeding my expectations. The moment I entered the lobby, I was enveloped in an understated luxury atmosphere; a subtle, sophisticated fragrance filled the air, instantly putting me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was stylishly decorated, fully equipped and impeccably maintained, with soft, comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The location was also superb, right next to a shopping district, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. I will definitely choose the Wilson Boutique Hotel again without hesitation next time I'm in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone."

There are blood stains on the quilt cover in the room. Is the housekeeping inspection so perfunctory? The weather was over 20 degrees that day but the heating could only be turned on. It was too hot to sleep at night. As a result, they gave me a small electric fan. I got up in the morning and was sweating. The compensation for the hygiene problem was just some snacks. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. While I was showering, someone swiped their card and entered through the door. When I asked the hotel reception, they said it was renovation workers? I ask you, can renovation workers just enter a room without a guest's permission? Female guests should be careful when staying at this hotel. Because I had a driver booked with me and was in an unfamiliar city, I didn't confront them. But to this day, they haven't apologized. I recorded my conversation with the receptionist and didn't want to pursue it further, but your attitude was terrible."

"This stay at the East Coast Theme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Upon entering the lobby, the clean and stylish environment immediately made me feel comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The room was thoughtfully decorated with a unique theme, perfect for taking photos and posting on social media. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were soft, and I slept soundly all night. The room was spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the towels and toiletries were all provided. The shower water heated up quickly and had plenty of pressure, making for a great shower experience. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for dining and shopping, and the surrounding transportation is also quite convenient.
