完全不像攜程評價的4星酒店該有的樣子。整體設施非常陳舊且衞生狀況很糟糕，浴室的淋浴也是壞的。晚上還遇到酒店短時間停電，這真是第一次遇到！早餐10元/位，餐具、菜品看着也都不太乾淨沒敢吃。後面聽一起去的朋友一家都吃鬧肚子後覺得沒吃是正確的選擇。

體驗的山西炕，房間設施不算新，但是服務很好，可以平遙古城免費接送，據説高鐵站也能接送，還送了一瓶山西醋。

説來也是緣分，19年自駕旅遊無意間到了這個酒店，由於對當地環境不熟悉搞了個違章，第二天閑聊時店裡老闆娘剛好也在，人很好很豪爽幫我們處理了問題，這次在再次來古城特為旅拍和喬家大院而來，因為當時走的匆忙也沒有記住酒店名字，這次隨便再網上訂的，酒店有接送，司機人很好，很熱情，到了店裡有種似曾相識的感覺，再看看結果還是之前住過的酒店，給的房子竟然也是那年住過的房子，太欣喜和激動了，沒想到緣分這東西不是衹有人與人之間才有的

房間不錯，乾淨衞生。
在北城邊上。酒店有車免費送到北門。夜間出行也相當nice。雖然衹是1公里多到北城門，但是免除很多顧慮，酒店的車在晚上11點前都能免費接送。
臨走時，酒店還送了兩瓶陳醋。
