"I'm a but conflicted with this hotel because some parts were really good but some not so good. The room was big and airy however the bed was too soft that it felt like my whole body fell into a hole and that made it difficult to sleep. Before going to sleep the geyser in the room started leaking and the shower head fell off when I was taking a shower. So it felt like I was given a room that was under renovations or something. However, the good part is that the food was super delicious and the staff's customer service was so good. You know that the place is well run when the customer experience is the same from reception, to staff at the diving area and even the cleaner (my opinion 😉)"

"Our stay at Fusion Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, the level of service exceeded all expectations. Before we even arrived, Ezekiel personally called to ask how he could make our stay more comfortable. He proactively offered to arrange lunch and dinner reservations, which immediately made us feel valued and well cared for. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every amenity one could need. Attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. A special mention must go to Gloria from housekeeping. Her service was truly outstanding. She cleaned our room meticulously from corner to corner and even took the time to neatly fold our clothes. It was a level of care and attention that is rarely experienced and greatly appreciated. The exceptional service continued right through to our departure. Upon check-out, we were escorted to our car and offered a tray with different temperatures of still and sparkling water for our journey. It was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. Every member of staff was attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. The service at Fusion Hotel was impeccable, and it is undoubtedly one of the finest hospitality experiences we have ever had. We cannot wait to return."

"My wife and I made a stopover here on our way between national parks. The position is very good if you don't want to go through town. We did not enjoy the motel due to the following issues. No lift - We were on the 3rd floor. With heavy and multiple bags, it was a tough slog. We were not aware of this beforehand. Air Conditioner is very noisy, and as it was a hot night, which made it almost impossible to sleep. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Nothing mentioned on the website or when booking was made. Our room was right at the top of the stairs, and the doors are not very sound proof, so we heard people talking in the hallway and on the stairs late at night and early morning. (Tip - Do not get rooms 50 or 51) Breakfast was ok, but a little expensive compared to what we normally pay. It's not an expensive hotel, but not really cheap. I don't think I would stay there again. "

"The rooms are clean which is what one all needs really, the bed comfortable and clean and for a budget friendly accommodation I was not expecting amenities but they had a few and very nice ones. The shower head was all over the place but I think if I had enough time to report it they could have fixed it (I hope). The food was not so great but hey, I was not expecting a 5 star dish and if you don't want to dine with them there are close enough convenience shops or uber in takeaways. As a last minute book as other accommodations that I usually go to were fully booked, this was really nice and I would go back."
