"What a wonderful stay!! The staff are very helpful and nice. Everything was so clean, and the bed was heavenly!! I never sleep well on a trip but I slept all night! It’s far enough from traffic so there is no road noise. There are lots of restaurants and shopping around but we were there for a funeral & didn’t explore much. The room we stayed in had a mini kitchen with a real fridge and a stove top, complete with dishes & dishwasher. You could stay here all week and be set. The view from the lobby/breakfast room was delightful and I watched the sunrise. There are games set out to play - a nice touch. The in-room coffee maker was meh and I tried several times to get it to work. But everything else was so wonderful it didn’t hit my radar and was only a small inconvenience. The traffic to the hotel horrible. But it’s worth it to stay at Element. Highly recommend! I will stay here again next time we come down to see family."

"This area is up and coming and I felt pretty safe in the area as a whole. This hotel chain apparently is a new company and I really think they were great. Everyone had excellent personalities were very helpful and very friendly. I wish I took pictures. I will definitely be staying there on the way back next time."

"Everything was below average. The facilities were rather poor. The bathtub wasn't slip-resistant, which was dangerous. The lobby seemed to have been repainted, so it looked okay. The front desk service was indifferent. Breakfast was a simple American meal. The housekeepers were very proactive in knocking on the door every day to offer service, but I didn't accept. The room wasn't small, but it was too basic."

"I stayed here for the second time. It is trustworthy. The hotel service experience near the airport is very good, with free pick-up and drop-off. The food and beverages taste very good, and free late check-out for 1 hour."
