"The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system. Thank you!"

"I stayed at this hotel during a golf trip and had a great experience. The hotel was new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. One of the best surprises was discovering that the hotel no longer charges the $5 parking fee, which was a nice bonus. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Savannah, the outlet shopping center, several eateries, and a grocery store nearby. The hotel also has a pond view in the back along with a nice sitting area to relax and unwind. I had read some reviews mentioning the A/C units being loud, but honestly, we did not find them a real problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for another trip."

"Even though I arrived at 5pm and checked in, I had to wait more than 10 minutes because the room wasn't ready, there was no parking pass information at check-in, and there was no room cleaning for 3 nights. This is the worst hotel where you can't see the smiles of the staff."
