The hotel accommodation is simple, there are swimming pools and jacuzzis, but I am useless, the jacuzzi needs to be booked (20 minutes per room), the location is good, close to Passarela do Álcool-you can walk, more reserved, the noise is not disturbing. Need to pay attention to maintenance (stainless steel bathroom, closet in the room) but everything is normal and clean. In general, this is a good hotel, simple but efficient, with good service. It was a pleasure and achieved my goal, which is to get to know the center of Porto Seguro. I only stayed in this place for one night.

Hotel is beautiful didn’t have one bad meal very friendly staff from reception to house keepers, had a treatment in spa Stella was very lovely friendly got us booked in for are treatment the treatment was with Pino made me feel relaxed very professional enjoyed the treatments definitely will book again when we come back next year

O hotel tem excelente localização. Fica bem no centro, próximo da Passarela do Álcool, além de não estar longe do Centro Histórico, rodoviária e aeroporto. Nós, inclusive, fomos andando para o centro histórico (+/- 1,5km); Quanto ao café da manhã, tem um bom horário (07 às 10) e oferece uma quantidade razoável de opções com bolos, pães, leite, suco, doces e salgados em geral - às sextas-feiras servem tapioca. Nós só estranhamos o iogurte não estar gelado e sim em temperatura ambiente. Mas isso é muito subjetivo, vai do gosto de cada um. As acomodações são limpas e confortáveis. O único fator negativo foi que o banheiro não possuía ralo fora do box, então o chão enchia de água após o banho. Quanto à equipe, os funcionários são gentis e prestativos. Foi uma boa experiência. Se voltássemos a Porto Seguro, certamente iríamos novamente ao Ayla. Vale a pena.

Nice place to stay at Porto Seguro/BA. This hotel is nice hotel, cozy and comfy, made of 2 floors distributed in a great area. Have a nice pool, with a bar attached and are easy to go to the beach. The room is great! Large, with great bathroom and a wardrobe to organize the clothes. The beds are awesome, and we sleep nicely. The breakfast are tasteful and assorted, but the couscous (cuscuz) are little stiff and with no taste. But the juices are great, and they made a very good and fresh tapioca. The negative point was the other guests, that refuse the use of face masks during the hardest period of the Pandemic COVID.
