"The first breakfast was a real disappointment. The young staff weren't motivated, there was no cold cuts, fruit, etc., and they couldn't even offer me hot chocolate because the machine was broken (there are other ways to heat it up). When I asked if they were going to restock, they looked at their watch and said it was already 9:10. The second day, breakfast was fantastic! 👍🏻 They made us fresh scrambled eggs because they were out of them, and they brought hot chocolate to our table despite the broken coffee machine. So everything was great! 👍🏻"

"Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things."

"Great location, right on the water, which makes this hotel special. The reception was friendly. It was disappointing that we didn't get the room with a balcony that we booked, but that was due to Trip.com and not the hotel. The service at the hotel, especially in the bar in the evenings, was limited. The hotel was fully booked, and only one employee was managing the bar alone, with no table service, leading to a long queue. There were also waiting times at check-out. If you sat outside for breakfast, you had to clear your own dishes. The staff shortage seems to be a problem at this establishment too. Despite everything, we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back."
