The room is ok even though all the wooden elements look old but well maintained. The location is also ok near the MRT. The breakfast menu is also ok.

Great stay in Prague, hotel is well served (metro B, tram...) with lots of small shops nearby (Albert...), overall everything was fine! Very satisfied :)

The hotel is close to the subway station and the tram takes about 5 minutes to go to the old city. There are supermarkets and no other restaurants near the 6 stations. The hotel is relatively old. Not recommended to stay.

The air conditioner is broken, the room is very cold, and it has not been repaired. The breakfast is average. There is nothing that a four-star hotel should have. There is no paper towel in the bathroom.

La habitación con poco espacio y no muy limpia; había telas de araña, suelo moqueta. 19 pisos. 3 ascensores. Aire acondicionado no funcionaba (34⁰ en la calle) 22 al 25 de Agosto 2024. La puerta no abría el 99% de las veces. LO DIJIMOS TODO EN RECEPCIÓN. La cena y desayuno escaso. Está lejos del centro de Praga y en una zona despoblada (oficinas), por la calle ni Dios. Pasaban tranvías y había Metro, cerca. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

Been here twice over course of 6 years. I’m baffled as to how this place qualifies as a hotel. The rooms are outdated and have a noticeable musty smell, which made my stay uncomfortable. The breakfast service was frustrating, too—each time I got up to grab a coffee, the staff would clear my plates, despite my friends telling them to leave it(we tried english, german). This level of service and the overall experience certainly didn’t justify the cost. You’re better off choosing a cheaper option nearby, where you’ll likely have a much more pleasant stay.

Ho passato una giornata il questo hotel. A mio avviso il rapporto qualità prezzo è adeguato, stanza pulita e spaziosa il giusto, un buon buffet a colazione. Per me adeguato alle attese. Unico neo, al bar non accettavano pagamenti con carta e penso sia una discreta mancanza.
