"Room hygiene clean"

"All good, for a four star hotel the rooms are a bit so-so given the rooms and the price... little maintenance we had problems with the shower closing, and the bed was made a bit so-so, the rooms are not very soundproof (we could hear both the guy in front snoring and the one next to him talking) for the rest very friendly and helpful there is the possibility of parking in front of the hotel so very convenient and for work it is fine."

"The front desk is very welcoming! The environment is clean! Not recommended if you have a heavy suitcase! Because the stairs are very sloping... It goes straight to the third floor 😂 I screamed in the middle of the night! The sound insulation is too bad! They are all competing to see who can sing the most melodiously 😂"

"A truly disappointing experience – definitely not recommended! Our group stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very unpleasant experience, especially during breakfast. We were ushered into a small café area and served a very sparse and limited breakfast, while other guests were enjoying a much more varied breakfast in a separate restaurant. When I asked why we were being treated differently and if I could see the other dining area, the staff offered no response. They simply turned and walked away without a word. Some of the waiters even spoke in Italian and laughed. Even though I don't speak Italian, body language is universal — and it was clear their attitude was disrespectful. We brought our complaints to the front desk, but our concerns were completely ignored, and no solution was offered. No apologies were given, and no consideration was shown. This is simply unacceptable service for a hotel. If you don't want to start your day angry or disappointed, I strongly advise you to avoid this place."
