"It's just average, the service is like a hotel, and it's close to tourist attractions, beaches, and the dinosaur museum. I only took a photo of the room because it didn't have a holiday atmosphere. The hotel we stayed in the night before was better, booked by a friend. I stayed one extra night, but that hotel was full, so I booked this one. In comparison, it's not as good as before."

"I do want to preface this by saying we visited Progreso during the off season and we are not fluent Spanish speakers. We arrived to our hotel and despite paying for an ocean view, the ocean was almost completely blocked by the museum. The towels had stains on them, the water was very weak (I suspect the shower head needs a good deep clean) and it stayed hot for less than 10 minutes. When I inquired about getting a toured booked, the manager said he couldn't call anyone and simply pointed to a direction where a tour business was located. They did not speak English despite what it says on their page. We checked out early."

"The most audacious thieves in history say that they did not receive the transfer but Mr. ALEJANDRO DOMANI from Villa Mouse already collected it. What a shame for the person and the attention they provide, they should close the hotel, they are a crappy place."
