"My wife and I booked into Aspenwood Manor in Provo in September for a conference there from Australia. We enjoyed staying here until I spilt something on the bed quilt and doona cover. Wanting to do the right thing we contacted Sarah via email (as there is actually no one on site and no reception - everything is handled remotely at reception), showing them a picture of the mark. We went straight away, washed the bed quilt and doona cover and asked Sarah via email for a dry cleaners so we could do our best to make amends for this error I made. We had no response at all all day, and after coming home in the afternoon, we noticed that someone from management had come into our apartment and taken it away. There was no communication at all from Sarah or management as to what the next steps were. We were then some hours later at the airport in Salt Lake City when our friend, who had booked the room for us all, sent us a message telling us we were charged $150 USD to replace the bed quilt and doona cover. So what can you do but pay for this. Interesting enough when looking around Provo for replacement bed quilts and doona covers, most were around the $50 usd mark. The way this organization has gone around us, when we were open and honest is very disappointing and therefore we will not stay here again based on this experience. What they did was purely a money grab from overseas travelers coming to this beautiful city and it just leaves a bad taste in one's mouth."

"It's similar to domestic express hotels. It's a bit old, but it has everything it needs. The air conditioner is very new. Breakfast is included but only simple bread and juice. The surrounding environment is great."
