The staff are wonderful, especially Mario and Emily who were friendly and helpful. There is a great chilled vibe and the rooms are comfortable. There wasn't some of the day entertainment that was advertised but it was still good. The hotel is clean.

We stayed for a week all inclusive, the room and hotel were both very clean. The staff were friendly and the food was good overall. Sometimes a bit repetitive but that's to be expected to a degree. Always found something to eat though. We found the sunbeds to be a little limited around the pool and very close to one another so we ended up going to the beach some of the days which is only a short walk away. There were premium sunbeds which we wasn't sure if we could use or not, there was never anyone there. The entertainment wasn't the best, sometimes some of the schedule didn't happen. Some of the nights were okay. Hotel is situated in the quieter part of Carmen but there are buses running everyday or you can walk there in about 30/40mins. There's still a few bars and restaurants close by though. Overall it's a good hotel and good value for what we paid (£650). Had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons- Some staff are desperately in need of customer service training, Mario and a lovely lady on reception are the only staff with good customer service. The AI service is dreadful, again customer sevice, staff getting their lunch from the buffet at the same time as guests, getting ready for the next meal while guests are finishing their meal, clattering, banging waste trolleys in the middle of the dinning area, staff giggling and not being professional. The food is not great but drinks are the worst I've ever had, bottled water in the room is not provided. You get to use a vile plastic beaker for drinks around the pool, don't say that's for the environment when all I sore was cig ends everywhere, staff smoking with the door open in reception near the dinning room stairs, no entertainment and the entertainment area needs a revamp. Pros- good air-conditioning, comfy bed and pillows, great location.

Buena comida y buen servicio. Las marcas de bebidas incluidas podría mejorar pero son bebibles. Habitaciones amplias y con buena terraza con vistas a la piscina, que es una pasada. Los horarios de comida y cena podrían ser un poco más amplios, pero en general bien. Agradecer al director el trato que tuvo con todo nuestro grupo, increíble trato al cliente

Reservamos en el hotel para pasar el día allí. Llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que podíamos reservar directamente en la recepción. Nos atendió alfredo que nos explicó lo que incluía y nos llevó a una zona de balinesas. En general la comida bien y la bebida, aunque no era de mucha calidad, pero había todo tipo de bebida incluida. Reservaremos de nuevo

Just got back from a week here. The hotel is in a great location, 2 mins from a beautiful beach, 25 min walk to Puerto Del Carmen, 20 min walk to airport to watch the planes. Both can be walked along the beach. Accommodation is not good, shower head was hanging on by a screw, bathroom smelt of sewerage, fridge was warm. Bed is comfy and pillows are great thankfully. Cleaners did an excellent job, room was always clean and fresh. We was all inclusive, tried a couple of cocktails but we don’t really drink. We did have coffee but was moaned at for having more than 2 in the morning. The breakfast was good, had a great range. Lunch was very hit and miss but we only was at the hotel twice for lunch, the evening meals were so miss matched we couldn’t make a good meal and the food was luke warm. We just ate out in the end. We wished we had gone bed and breakfast as we wasted a lot of money going all inclusive. Staff were nice and helpful. We never got to try the pool out as it was always busy, we heard there was issues with getting a bed so avoided it. This could be a very good hotel but there’s a lot of work that needs doing to it and a better menu for the evening meals. We won’t be back again unfortunately but have found better hotels in the area so we haven’t lost the great location.

A lovely stay at hotel Pocillos Playa, we loved the atmoshphere of this hotel, the staff is amazing Jenny, Dewi, Vicky, Acoraida, Josefany and Valerio try their best to give you the best service possible. The location of the hotel is wonderful and it is cleaned ar at all times

I was on holiday with my boyfriend in this hotel. the location was excellent, the hotel is just a few steps from the sea.. everything was very nice, the rooms very clean, the staff always friendly and helpful. the food was great. special thanks to the entertainment guy. we will return
