We booked an all inclusive 10 day holiday for our family of 4 in a 2 bed apartment. Positives - The apartment was a good size, the Hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, lots of options along the sea front for food and reasonably priced. Negative's - No air conditioning in the apartments, no balls or inflatables allowed in the pool, pool table and air hockey not working, apart from the odd exception the customer service throughout the hotel was very poor. Red flags - Food was shocking, often cold and indescribable (we ate out), bar service was very slow and often queued for 10 mins to get a drink, although the pool area opened at 9am, you either queued or missed out on sun beds, the queuing started from 7:30am and by 8am there were over 30 people in the queue. We met some lovely people there and have stayed at various hotels over the past few years for our family holiday, but due to the above we will not be going back to this hotel.
