Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

Here for a week all inclusive and the food is poor apartment is nice in side and staff are helpful but that’s it location is great apartments are set up a hill but over all nice, but all inclusive here doesn’t mean all inclusive, there is no air conditioning neither

The apartments are very large with a nice lounge area with a kitchen to one end and the balcony on the other. Nice sized bedroom and bathroom. Im on my second day here and have had no issues. The Wi-Fi has to be paid for with 20 euros which Im not happy about, hence the 4 stars, and there is no air conditioning unless you hire a standing one for 80 euros!! Lots of friendly bars and shops around the area, the majority of the visitors are Scottish/Irish so a good atmosphere. It’s off peak at the moment so is not too crowded which leaves a lot of spare spaces n loungers. but still hot for this time of year. The staff are friendly and the food is pretty good for an all inclusive holiday. So far m happy.

We arrived late Saturday night lady on reception very nice and helpful our room was clean tidy facing the sea top floor food was good pool was good no problem with sunbeds the staff behind the bar good restaurant staff good very close to the main ***** this is the second time we have stayed and will stay again

We have just returned home after our second visit to this apartment/hotel.it was another great holiday, apartment was clean and welcoming, staff were great especially the lovely Mercedes who remembered us from last year she is a credit to you .location great,we only have breakfast and drinks as we wanted to try some more lovely restaurants just a few moments from hotel ,if we go back to pdc will return ,thankyou for having us again

We arrived on Saturday around 12.30pm and was informed our room would not be available until around 3pm and handed a wristband to get drinks and food and was left to find out where everything was alone so spent 20 mins trying to find the restaurant. Some of the staff did not even talk to you and the ones that did, were not happy. My friend was shouted across the restaurant to return to the reception desk as our all inclusive card had not been scanned, even though she had seen us numerous times during the holiday. The food was very bland, limited choice and at times very cold. The quality of the meat used was poor that most of the time you couldnt eat the meal. We ate out three of the six nights of eating main meals out. There was a charge for the wifi of 20 euros each and the wifi was intermittent and we received a refund for this. There was a charge for the use of a fan in the rooms! Bathroom was well decorated and clean, but the shower would flood the bathroom on numerous occasions. The positives were the location was amazing and the quality of the room were good, but the food was dreadful and was not value for money and we would return to Lanzarote but not to that hotel.

We booked an all inclusive 10 day holiday for our family of 4 in a 2 bed apartment. Positives - The apartment was a good size, the Hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, lots of options along the sea front for food and reasonably priced. Negative's - No air conditioning in the apartments, no balls or inflatables allowed in the pool, pool table and air hockey not working, apart from the odd exception the customer service throughout the hotel was very poor. Red flags - Food was shocking, often cold and indescribable (we ate out), bar service was very slow and often queued for 10 mins to get a drink, although the pool area opened at 9am, you either queued or missed out on sun beds, the queuing started from 7:30am and by 8am there were over 30 people in the queue. We met some lovely people there and have stayed at various hotels over the past few years for our family holiday, but due to the above we will not be going back to this hotel.

Bon emplacement, bon rapport qualité prix, appartement très spacieux. La dame au bar mention spéciale! Dommage je ne sais pas son prénom mais c est la plus âgée je pense et un rayon de soleil! Nourriture correcte et grand choix! Piscine top, manque un peu de nettoyage au niveau des transats. L accueil à l arrivée très bien mais au départ un peu moins gracieux. Tant pis! Mais je recommanderais cet hôtel. Juste avec de meilleurs matelas ça serait top!

We had to chase up reception to change beds, fridge didn't work, lanzarote was amazing, but this hotel has a lot of work to do, as far as air conditioning goes there's none, you have to hire a very small room fan, an absolute joke, wont be back!!!
