"The hotel has a good location near Witch Square. Since I arrived at the hotel late at night, I could immediately visit the witch-themed shops next door after checking in. There are several pizza shops and a Chaplin-themed hamburger joint next to the hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the service is quite good. Because I had to catch a flight the next morning, the staff arranged a taxi for me to go to the airport in advance. The hotel is in a relatively noisy area in the city center, so when I picked up my room, the staff asked if I wanted to stay on the side closer to the street or the back, further away. After 1 a.m., the hotel became less noisy, and the loud music from the sidewalk started to disappear. However, I was only staying one night and for only a few hours, so I didn't find it a big problem."

Hotel is well-located, which is a plus."

"I just stayed at this location for 2 nights. My friend I was traveling with was suffering from altitude sickness. While at the hotel she need oxygen several time. Jose was there for us all the time. He helped her get oxygen when she needed it, put our bags in our rooms, made sure the wi-fi was working, that we had filtered water and any other needs we had always with a smile on his face. He make our nights in Puno comfortable and special. Also, the people at the front desk were also terrific. Overall a great stay."

"It was a 10 sole taxi ride from the bus terminal. The location was great and it was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, even showing me a nearby laundry. The bus arrived early in the morning, and I arrived at the hotel around 5:30 am. The door was locked because it was so early, but they opened it for me right away, which was a relief. I was also able to have breakfast earlier the next morning, at 6 am. I think it would be convenient for those with early morning departures for tours, etc. The surrounding area is close to the city center and very convenient. At night, the area becomes eerily quiet, so I recommend returning to the hotel early and relaxing. Plus, there was a bathtub, so I could relax comfortably. The fruit at breakfast was delicious, and I ate a lot!"
