This was an Amazing 7 night all inclusive break the hotel is kept immaculate and all staff are the most polite and welcoming I have ever experienced.Food is very good huge choice and drinks too.All specialty restaurants are available with Italian the best in our opinion.The beach is just beautiful with crystal clear sea and views are amazing with the best to offer in swimming around the coral reefs accessible via a jetty. Room was huge and immaculately maintained by Fathalla so polite. Buffet was excellent choice accompanied by excellent waiter service from Ahmed again nothing too much to assist. Beach beds & towels drinks awesome pair of Mohammed & Ali made it relaxing and stress free. Overall I would Highly recommend this Amazing hotel with the Best staff and location just the perfect holiday and being our first visit to Egypt. Management is also so friendly and willing to assist to make your holiday the best you could wish for. We already looking to book again and re visit a massive thank you to all at Sunrise Montemare Resort you definitely have it right for the perfect holiday in the sun. Room 1207 is a good choice and highly recommend upgrade and late check out at the hotel don’t use travel agent or TUI far more cheaper and accommodating.

Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. The price was the same whether we booked Club or Beach Standard Room, but with Standard Beach Room you are closer to the sea and can use the adults only area. If you pay the same amount, you don't get access to the adults only area at the Club and you have to walk at least 800 meters to the beach. I think that's a rip-off for the same price, especially since you can't find this out anywhere. In addition, the jetty for snorkeling was only open from 3 or 4 p.m. and closed again at 6 p.m. You book a beach holiday for snorkeling and can go snorkeling for exactly 2 hours a day on the hotel's own reef. Food: Varied, especially lots of desserts. We liked the BBQ area (fish or meat). Drinks took at least 15 minutes and were only served in small glasses with the meal, so we had to keep ordering again. We could sit outside, but the tables were never set and we had to find staff or cutlery first. Bar: The beach bar was a disaster, far too many people (from three hotels) for 1-3 people. No self-service soft drinks and the vending machine at the snack restaurant didn't work. If you go to the beach in the morning you don't even have water until 10:00. In the evening there was only the lobby bar, everything was overcrowded and there were long waits for drinks, even though the hotel was far from fully booked. Unimaginable when you consider that many more guests could come! Drinks, well, okay Snack restaurant: There was one on the beach and one on the opposite side. Both served exactly the same thing. And clearly only junk food (fried food and bread)! What is the logic of two identical snack bars next to each other with the same offer? Why not another grill restaurant or one international and one Egyptian / Arabic / North African? Junk food, no thanks! Room: Everything worked, cleaning was OK, nothing special. After 4 days we changed hotels because it was OK for a short stay but it would have been really boring if we had stayed longer, especially if you were planning on snorkeling and swimming!

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team. I also thank them. Of course, everything is not perfect, but I think it is the best hotel you can go to with your family. Thank you Pickalbatros Royal Moderna.

Best value for money half board Sharm El Sheikh hotel? It's a resort! In Egypt, the water quality is not good regardless of the hotels near the beach. I definitely recommend bringing a filter! Sharm Al Sheikh hotels are usually expensive, but here you can stay at a relatively low price! The food is also delicious.

The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

Hello, the hotel is very good. The rooms are good. I am very satisfied with the attitude of the staff and especially with the maid Ragab. Everything was very good. The beach is very good and there are many opportunities for water adventures. The Red Sea is very beautiful with corals and a variety of multi-colored fish!

This was our fourth visit back to Sharm but our first with our 3 year old daughter. We hadn’t stayed at the Charmillion resort before but are so glad we picked the Charmillion Club as the hotel for our family stay! The facilities and grounds are wonderful but what really makes this place stand out are the amazing kind staff who treated our daughter like royalty and spoiling her with attention and admiration. The animation team and pool team as a whole were fantastic with Mocha, Musafa, Oscar Abdo and Haseem being so attentive and amazing with us and our daughter! These guys are an asset to the hotel and truly hope they get the recognition they deserve. Our days were mostly spent enjoying family time around the pool and relaxing. The grounds were always kept immaculate and there were always activities going on whether this be pool based or beach activities. Our daughter loved making pizzas with the children’s animation team. We were looked after very well by Abanob at the pool bar who ensured we were always taken care of and like all the staff seemed genuinely happy and smiley. Our room was a standard double garden view room with an extra bed and offered ample space and a large balcony. The beds were comfortable and the room was always cleaned very well on the days we opted for housekeeping. The hotel does need to think about modernising the bathrooms especially as these showed clear signs of wear for instance cracked tiles etc. The all inclusive food has a good buffet variety with various buffet restaurants to choose from across the 3 hotels within the resort. The food is of standard quality of what you would expect from any Egyptian all inclusive, all perfectly adequate but nothing to rave about. We stayed for 11 nights and got to use 3 visits to the a la carte we chose the seafood, French, & Lebanese restaurant. The Lebanese was incredible! The food was of a high quality restaurant standard, delicious with a great selection and set in a lovely authentic setting. We enjoyed this so much that we paid to visit again later during our stay. The French and seafood restaurants were both disappointing with the food being overcooked and seeming to of come maybe from the same selections offered at the buffets? With one of us being vegetarian the mains options at both restaurants were the same being spring rolls which didn’t really fit with French or seafood. We didn’t get to experience the evening entertainment much due to our daughter being young but we did attend the kids mini disco almost every night which was a great half hour of fun for her each evening. Overall we thoroughly loved our stay at the Charmillion and will definitely choose to stay here again with our daughter for the kindness of the staff alone.
