"The location of the hotel is relatively good, just a few minutes' walk from Wanda. The environment is relatively quiet. It only takes about 26 minutes to drive to Oleburg with children. The breakfast options are okay. They also provide some fruit every day. The children like it very much. The bed is big Very spacious, clean and ok, overall pretty good"

"The hotel's check-in experience was incredibly frustrating. During the peak summer travel season, there were only two staff members at the front desk. We started asking for our room to be ready from 10 AM, but by 2 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned. We were simply told to keep waiting, with no estimate of how much longer it would take. While the staff were polite, that was the only positive takeaway. The complimentary Didi Amusement Park was closed for maintenance, and there was no information on when it would reopen. It's hard to understand what kind of maintenance an amusement park would require. To make matters worse, the hotel's hot spring was also closed for repairs, rendering it unusable. The hotel's location is very remote. Food delivery apps like Ele.me typically quoted an hour or more for delivery. In fact, only 3-5 restaurants could deliver within 40 minutes, which made ordering food a real hassle, especially with children. Additionally, both the regular towels and bath towels had visible stains. Breakfast was absolutely terrible, even worse than what you'd find at a budget chain hotel. The variety was very limited, with hardly any options that children would enjoy. On a positive note, the hotel environment itself was quite pleasant and suitable for a vacation. Each room comes with a small balcony, and they offer Kumamon-themed rooms."

"The room is of suitable size. We brought a dog with us on this trip. The hotel took good care of the dog. When we were out, the dog was complained by other guests because of its barking. The hotel staff did not get impatient with us and the dog. Instead, they offered to help take care of the dog. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious. There is free parking and a park next to it, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel price is very cheap, but the service is very good. The hotel facilities and environment are also good, not worse than four-star hotels. This trip to Qihe is a good experience. It is very close to Eurofort and is a cost-effective choice for parents and children. I hope the hotel can always be like this and treat dogs well."

"The room is very large and clean, and the shape is also very unique. The 2.6-meter big bed is especially suitable for a family of four. The service of Ni Shasha at the front desk is also very good. She is responsive to every request. She delivered two cups of hot milk in the evening, and the milk tasted very good. The amount of food ordered in the room is really large, and the cost performance is very high. It’s just that the facilities are a little old, and the cleaning on the day of the extension of the stay was not in place."

We also received complimentary tickets to 'Dahe Shangxia,' which was well worth seeing. The pasta at breakfast was delicious and highly recommended."
