Very good, when I booked the room, I saw that this is an old store that has been open for 8 years. I chose this place with a high evaluation. The hotel should be a franchise store, the front desk service and the room sister are still very good, very polite: fortunately there is a subway in terms of transportation, and there is an online car appointment. Breakfast price is OK during this period. But the restaurant next to the restaurant Xuxu Lobster feels very bad for dining. The dishes are very general. The rice is cold. I took my sister out to play with my little nephew. The room was not bad, quite big, completely enough, the breakfast was good, very rich, the front desk also sent the children's toothbrush slippers, the service was very good, and the parking downstairs was convenient.

GGuest UserThe next morning, I had to catch a very early high-speed train at the North Station, so I booked this hotel temporarily. Because it is a new store, the decoration is simple and clean, and many small details are very well done, such as the warm toilet seat, the footlight that lights up as soon as you get up, and the ladies at the front desk are very warm and patient. The whole experience is super good. It takes less than ten minutes to take a taxi to the North Station in the morning. The surrounding area is very good. It really amused me to order takeout and have robots deliver it to my door. It’s a pity that there is not much scenery outside the window. The very comfortable public rest area can’t see the street view, but the accommodation experience is really first-class value for money.

Most importantly the staff are so incredible. From the check in service, to room service, to drinks in the lounge, you really feel you are are looked after. Shangri-la Qingdao is not just an incredible experience for an overnight stay, the staff make it feel like home. It is honestly the most wonderful place to stay in Qingdao. HhunyongAs a residence hotel, it is clean and washing machine is available. Everything is really good, but only two? Unfortunately, the air conditioning performance is very weak. It seems that each room is different, so it would be better if you check the air conditioner and ask for a replacement. (Still, it was not at a satisfactory level..^^;;) And the soundproofing is a bit weak. This seems to be a residence characteristic. I think it was originally made as a one-room rental house.
1st floor coffee americano 22 won. A bit expensive, but the taste is good. The convenience store right next door has everything you need. Men's disposable razors here for 2 won. Umbrellas are also cheaper than large supermarkets. Beer is 3.5 won for the spicy snow flower. Laoshan 10° costs 4.5 won.
It's a bit far if you walk to the house, it's about 20 minutes? It takes about 10 minutes to get to 万达广场, but everything is available here. Kfc, mcnal, various Chinese food in the food court on the 4th floor, etc.
ah. Place the clothes hanger by the window~ I stayed for 10 days, but on the 5th day I saw others putting it like that and took care of it~~^^ Putting it like that will secure the space~
The water pressure is a bit slow, but the cold water comes out weakly. Yuck. I'm not sure about Lunge~ It wasn't uncomfortable.

TtlapeachThere was a lot more to be expected from a 5-star hotel There wasn’t any luggage service at the beginning which is typically expected. Even a 4-Star brand such as Hilton DoubleTree would offer such a service. When we checked in, it felt very abrupt. There was no other information provided other than our room number. No information about breakfast the next morning so we had to ask at checkout where we can get breakfast. We were also supposed to get some sort of VIP security service but they didn’t mention it (we ended up asking the next morning and it turns out we couldn’t use it because we were flying internationally, not domestic). When we got up to the 6th floor, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was difficult to roll our luggage on the squishy carpet. Again, some sort of service would have been nice for that. The room itself was beautiful. I have no complaints about it other than two issues: One was the shower water which somehow was leaking into where the toilet was and the second issue is that the toilet mechanism stopped working and we couldn’t flush - this was just before checkout so we didn’t have time ask to get it fixed. Lastly, the breakfast was inaccurately advertised as a “Western” breakfast on trip.com, however it was actually a standard Chinese breakfast. The Western options were completely limited. There is nothing wrong with it only being Chinese, but this was falsely advertised on the website. The food itself as far as Chinese food goes was mediocre as our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Hangzhou had a far superior breakfast and that room was half the price of this one. Overall, if this stay wasn’t being covered by my travel insurance due to a missed connection flight, I would be even more disappointed by this stay.

I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

It is very cool to go back to the house. And there is no smell in the house, it looks retro, but the wooden furniture used is quite strong, and it is quiet, that is, the corridor floor is a bit loud. Another thing I like very much is that you can dry clothes outside the eighth floor, so you are not afraid that the clothes will not dry. There is a washing machine on the seventh floor. Originally in my mind was five points, but the cleaning aunt was too sloppy. I stayed for five days in a row. The towels were not changed much. The toilet had to be watered and not cleaned. The quilt was not changed. There was fruit peel on the ground and it was not cleaned. Pay attention to cleanliness!
Downstairs is Metro Lines 2 and 3, the traffic is very convenient, it is recommended not to drive to the attractions, very traffic jam, the subway can basically be reached, it is a bit far to the trestle bridge.
