"Good morning, I had a terrible experience last night in this hotel room. The carpet was dirty and there was a strong smell of foot odor. I reported this to the front desk, and the only thing they could say was, "I'm sorry." As someone who works in housekeeping, I find this unacceptable. I hope serious action is taken. Carpets are a major vector of disease if not kept properly and regularly cleaned."

"For the second year we spent New Year's Eve camping and we had a great time. Clean, practical and welcoming structure equipped with electricity and water in the pitches. Large, heated and clean shared bathrooms. Possibility of renting the very large common room and ideal for large groups in winter as a meeting place. In the campsite there is the pinseria that offers excellent pinsa and a variety of foods. We will absolutely return and recommend it!"

"Hotel chosen really at random, for a short holiday with my wife. I am not exaggerating in saying that the staff would have to teach many other much more qualified "colleagues". Modern rooms, impeccable cleanliness, very convenient location and parking, rich breakfast (although I suggest expanding the savory choice with something hot, and eliminating industrial yogurt). A special mention to the cuisine, take advantage of the half board! Their friendly cook truly delighted us with her magnificent dishes, and portions worthy of the valley. To conclude, a dutiful and heartfelt thank you: to the cook, to the reception staff and to all the nice guys we were lucky enough to meet, for their commitment, great professionalism, many smiles and their friendliness. We can't wait to return."

"The property is in a truly captivating location, with a refreshing mountain view. The rooms are well-maintained and impeccably clean. A huge plus is the dinner service offered by the owners: a real lifesaver, considering there's only one restaurant in the area. Their platters of local produce are top-quality, always followed by a hot dish of the day (like polenta or crepes) and a dessert to round off the evening. What makes the difference, however, is the owners' exceptional availability, always ready to accommodate every request with a smile."

The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for you to enjoy the hotel with a good breakfast and a good breakfast and access to the pools ! The staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"We've stayed here several times and enjoyed it. Upgraded in recent years, big free car park, friendly multilingual staff, a 10 minute walk from centre and a decent breakfast which includes eggs and bacon, croissants, cakes, cold cheeses and hams. Hospitable stay. We'd definitely stay again. "
