The room is cozy, with a balcony overlooking the lake. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the lake and snow-capped mountains (it just happened to snow).

Queenstown is pretty good as long as you don't go there during the peak season. The service is average, not very responsive, and there is no oven, only a shared washing machine. But then again, in Queenstown, there is a room facing the lake and two beds, what more can you ask for?

First of all, the view and location are really nice. The kitchen counter provides tableware, cooking oil, salt and pepper, but because the kitchen counter is connected to the room, the air in the room is not very good after staying for 4 days. You need to make an appointment for room service by email. If you don't call, the room will not be cleaned every day. The B&B has self-service check-in and no front desk. You can return the card by yourself. The card will automatically expire at 11 noon on the last day and you can't open the door.

Absolutely loved this 1brm apartment on the 1st floor. The photos don't do this apartment justice, it was so modern, clean, and well appointed. Hotel quality amenities including robes, slippers and extra bathroom amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with quality plates and cultery, plenty of utensils to cook with. The apartment was warm upon arrival and the bedding was amazing quality. We look forward to staying again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay at Queenstown House Lakeside, from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by all the little things done to make it a wee home away from home. We stayed in Unit 3 upstairs and felt very safe and secure, it's a one bedroom unit with stunning views from the lounge area across the lake. Had a warm and inviting lounge and kitchenette with everything well thought out. The heaters were on on arrival and parking was easy off the street in front of the units downstairs. Beds were very comfortable with a heater in the bedroom too. It's a short walk to the township which is filled with all sorts of restaurants and places to book exciting adventures. The complex has a free laundry including free laundry powder, plus drying racks for ski gear. Happily recommend to anyone who will listen what a convenient, spotlessly clean, welcoming accommodation this is.

My partner and I stayed at Queenstown House Luxury Apartments for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it! Our apartment had plenty of space, a perfect little kitchen with all that you need to feel right at home, very comfortable bed, it was super clean and had a location and view that could not be beat! We had travelled from Canada and it was our first time in Queenstown and we are so happy that we we chose to stay at this aparthotel! It was just perfect! We would definitely recommend staying there to other travelers!

Pity about the construction work next door that is continuing into 2025. When we stayed there were jack hammers operating between 8am and 5pn daily only a few metres from our apartment. Disappointing that management did not advise us nor the travel agent at the time of booking. This spoiled an otherwise great stay in Queenstown.

We were blown away by the accommodation - lovely apartment with large windows overlooking the lake very close to the centre of Queenstown and all amenities. Room was well planned and fitted out and food provisions for breakfast were excellent. Washing machine and dryer were also very useful ( and well used!) during our stay.
