Their advertisement stated "No need to wait." But we waited for almost an hour. The room service is great. The room also. We enjoyed the television. The AC is fine. Also the water heater. We loved everything except the lobby experience. Waiting for a room vacancy.

I paid fo a 12hours stay... I have no choice but to stay here (my Inn hotel cubao) as my colleague was not able to book a good hotel for me. I was then so tired found out there is no bottled water inside the room,no basic amenities except for a very small amount of tissue and thin towel. room there is no trash bin in the toilet/room but there's a lot of mosquitoes. I tried to contact the front office but unlucky I am the staff sarcastically responded that I pay only for the room... she sounds high. That's why I just responded ok with her intimidating tone of voice. Cosy price for this kind of experience really unacceptable. My Inn management must pay attention of training their staff to have a good quality customer service because your staff acted like not being paid the way she treat the guest. Think that you are a 3Star hotel and not an apartelle. If guests wanted to stay here, please bring your own personal hygiene amenities... esp. toilet paper or tissue... off lotion for the mosquitoes and more patience.
