"Facilities: The central air conditioning wasn't working; the small air conditioner they gave me didn't work either. I was moved to another room, and the effect was only slightly better. The landline phone was just for show. The TV was unusable, showing only static. The Wi-Fi was practically useless. An elderly person traveling with me complained about how terrible the place was during the day. Cleanliness: Not very clean. Environment: Parking was convenient. Service: Service was quite good, but the accommodation conditions were what I expected."

"I booked a discounted room, but they put me on the fifth floor. I called the staff to ask if they could give me a lower floor since I have a child with me. They said my discounted room was room A, and there were plenty of empty rooms downstairs. I think discounted rooms are meant to attract repeat customers, not to make travelers suffer.
