Simple breakfast which expected, however unexpected delicious dinner from the in-house restaurant with reasonable price. Everything is great! The front desk receptionists are friendly and helpful!"

"We recommended this hotel to our clients, and they were very unhappy with their experience and decided to change hotels. 1) Breakfast is served in the room, at a set time, with very few options, low-quality juices, and this is not mentioned on the hotel's website. 2) The room they stayed in was the Studio Double Twin. On the website, the bathroom photos show a huge shower stall, but in reality, it was tiny. 3) The hotel's location is good for business travelers, as it is far from the historical center and attractions. 4) The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, even though the information on the website did not perfectly match reality. 5) Email support is quick and efficient."
