"The Avoca was a super cute and very convenient place to stay. The room was super clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was amazing and only 2 minute walk to the light rail and lots of good eating spots. Would definitely recommend. Code for the door is convenient so you have no key to lose. The only downside would be the limited office hours/ when the shared kitchen facility is open. Would recommend and stay again."

"Wonderful friendly kind staff were very helpful with practical advice of local services. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. Our room was clean with everything we needed including a shower with excellent water pressure, a smart tv and a balcony and serviced over our two night stay. The double blinds on the windows offered day and night adjustments. A comfortable place in an excellent position so close to the Prince of Wales Hospital and the Childrens Hospital, great for regional people. There is limited secure off road car parking. Short walking distance to the light rail, cafes, shopping, and restaurants. We highly recommend The Blenheim in Randwick xxx"
