"The location is strategic, right in the city center. It's close to food options, and there's an Alfamart right in front, which makes it easy to buy things. We booked a family room, but there was no phone in the room. We were on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, so we had to go up and down the stairs to the office because the number on the key card also couldn't be reached. The staff at the office initially didn't believe there was no phone in the room, but after the bellboy checked, they offered to move us. However, we were already tired from going up and down, so we decided to stay in the same room after asking for a direct contact number from the office in case we needed anything. Note to check the rooms next time. For in-room facilities, since it's already booked in the system, it should be known. Also, when it's check-in time, please cool down the room before guests arrive, because the weather in Bangka is super hot, especially on the 3rd floor. 😔"
