Great location. Skyline view overlooking Rapid City. Very clean. Park right in front of room. No iron or hairdryer Quiet. Popular place, seemed full. Comfortable beds. They do have a breakfast available, but we did not check it out as we decided to hit the road.

Op rond trip door Amerika geboekt. Het motel ligt op een heuvel met uitzicht op rapid city. We werden vriendelijk verwelkomt en kregen een kamer met zicht op de stad. Hoewel het buiten boven de 30 graden was was het binnen koel en er was een goede airco. De bedden waren goed en schoon. Aparte badkamer met toilet ook schoon. ‘‘s avonds mooi uitzicht op de lichtjes van de stad. Het ontbijt was voldoende en men had duidelijk zijn best gedaan. Aanrader.

Simple and dated, but very clean. I didn't like that I had to put a $50 refundable deposit down even though we didn't have pets. The room has a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Beds are too hard for me but my husband liked it ok because he likes a firm bed. I don't know if the hot tub works, they haven't taken the cover off. Beautiful view of the city as it's high upon the hill. Breakfast was simple but good, ham & eggs & tater tots, cereal, oatmeal, hostess donuts.

Motel in posizione periferica. Molto semplice come arredamento, forse un po’ da rimodernare. Colazione: il necessario c’è. Personale gentile. Scelto perché considerato il costo esorbitante degli altri hotel era quello più accessibile.

What I like about this place: it's clean, the breakfast is decent, it's quiet, there is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room and there is a beautiful view overlooking the city. Wifi works great. A/C works great. What needs improvement: softer beds or at least a mattress topper. Hot tub appears to be out of service, for awhile now, and the grills are rusted. The shower curtain is too long and you're stepping on it while showering, but it isn't wide enough to prevent water from soaking the floor. I mopped up the water with the floor mat, but we didn't get a replacement and had to use a towel. We didn't get refill bags on the coffee for the next morning. A few improvements would really help this be a great place.

Adorable sweet owner. The room was very cute and clean. I loved the quilt and overall ambiance. It was very quaint and quiet. The shower had great water pressure and was really nice after a long day of hiking at the Badlands. Breakfast was included, but pretty minimal.

The facility is definitely not a lodge by any stretch of the imagination. It is merely a single floor, older, worn out motel. Plenty better than this to choose from. All rooms are entered from their own entry door. Pet friendly.

We planned a last minute trip to the Black Hills and booked our room based on other travellers’ reviews. If you want a clean, quiet, basic room in which to sleep, this is it! An added bonus is being on the outskirts of town, up on a ridge, with a great view of Rapid City lights at night! We will stay here again when passing through.

The room was clean but very cramped for two people and suitcases. Had to ask for a hairdryer as there was none in room. Breakfast was very minimal. They left a wet shower mat on the edge of the tub instead of replacing it with a dry one. If there is a good view from this place, we could not find it. Location was good to Rapid City and not too far from Rushmore and other tourist sites. I would try a different place if I was ever to go back.
