"We checked in on Oct 8,2025. The hotel photos, especially in the room, are misleading. On the hardware, the apartment rooms are the most ridiculous I have seen in hotels ie that the space is very large for living, corridors and bedroom but the toilet and totle wash basin is the most insane- see photo where the basin os tiny and sandwish in an indent that is about 18 inches amd shower cubicle of 2ft by 2ft. How can one possible use the wash basis ? Futher, externally, was cold at 4C and windy. Outside cold air seeps thru into the apartment. Also,we experienced the power/ electrical black out 2 times in just a one night stay and seem the electirical load fsctor is insufficent!! On the practical use of the apartment, there is NO rubbish bin, no paper tissue, and the bedroom door could not close as the bed plus side table protrudue u to the door!!. The curtain cannot be drawn too. The F&B could not get us a simple takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early, and the ealiest they could make was 7.30am when the restaurant opens at 8am. The packed breakfast was sandwiches, whole fruits, and a bottle of water, which can be done during dinner time the day before However, the night receptionist named Salih was very helpful and helped us with these and go out of way to make it easier for our one night stay. In summany, staff was great but the hardware and management of the rooms was not acceptable. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay unless they are fine with sucu conditions"

"We stayed 7 nights as a four member family, overnighting with breakfast, and we were very satisfied with hotel. Food was really nice, many choices for breakfast, and dinner with a special offer was great. Hotel has a great location and space just in front of it for play, so kids enjoy it. Hygiene at the spa could be better, but we didn’t spend too much time there, so no big deal. And the girl at the reception should be more willing to help, because on almost every our question their answer were - I don’t know ☺️ but whole in whole - we had a great time at hotel and Bansko too…our recommendation!"

"A complete disappointment from our 5-day stay at Pirin Golf. The "All-Inclusive" option here is a total farce: repurposed food from previous meals, endless minced meat in various forms, and a constant lack of alcohol (running out after the second glass with no restocking in sight). In the rooms, the air conditioning units leak, which the staff simply dismisses as "condensation." The service attitude is appalling-lazy, sullen, and indifferent. Most of the staff do not speak Bulgarian at all, and their English is below par and virtually incomprehensible. Used glasses in the common areas sat uncollected for two full days. The hotel allows pets, which creates a very unpleasant environment for other guests-dogs barking while you eat, along with uncontrolled smoking in the garden area during meal times. The only bright spot was the housekeeping staff, who actually did their jobs. For the prices charged, you receive total neglect. There is zero hospitality or quality to be found here. This was my last stay at a Bulgarian hotel, especially under an "All-Inclusive" package. Going forward, I will be spending my vacations elsewhere and will not be returning to Bulgarian tourism. Strongly not recommended!"

"The hotel is around three hours from the airport and approximately 20 minutes from the gondola. There is a shuttle service; however, it only runs twice in the morning and twice again in the late afternoon, with nothing in between. In February, most local shops are closed, although there are still a few restaurants and mini marts open nearby. The hotel and room: Our room is warm, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is phenomenal. It is true that the kitchen setup is extremely basic. You are provided with glasses and cups, a cooker, and a fridge, but there is no kettle, no pans, no cutlery, no plates, and no washing up equipment. There are also no complimentary refreshments. That said, if you ask at reception, they are happy to provide what you need. We requested a kettle along with plates and cutlery for ourselves, and the staff member was very accommodating and asked what else we required. I am confident that cooking and washing up equipment could also be provided if requested. The bathroom includes shampoo, soap, and shower gel, but there are no vanity kits or conditioner. Breakfast: Breakfast is not buffet style. It consists of cooked options or muesli from a set menu. It was fine, but nothing particularly special. Tea and coffee: Black tea and instant coffee are non existent. Only herbal teas are available, and coffee is from a machine in the restaurant. I would recommend bringing sachet drinks from home for your room or be prepared to purchase them locally. Spa and pool: The swimming pool is acceptable but does feel in need of updating and could be a little warmer. Only one sauna was working during our stay. We have not yet booked any spa treatments, but we likely will. Staff and service: Overall, the hotel is very good. The staff are helpful and responsive. We had a few minor issues: only three pillows between two of us, one pillow missing a cover, and a shower door coming off its runners. All issues were reported and dealt with quickly. We will provide a full review at the end of our stay."

"Our room wasn’t ready upon arrival and when we finally got in, there was dust everywhere. Pools were nice and well maintained but it gets very crowded with lots of kids running around so it’s hard to relax. The buffet area is very small and it gets super busy and cramped during meal times. Food could be better for what they advertise online. There’s not even a water fountain at dinner time as they charge for drinks. Restaurant staff not very attentive also. This hotel definitely needs improvement, and honestly I don’t think I’d be back."
