The shower handheld attachment didn't work and the AC smelled foul, like urine. It was most unpleasant.

The Renaissance was fabulous from the Valet Parking Attendants to the hotel service at the registrar and restaurant. Our entire family truly enjoyed the comfortable beds. We all slept quite well. My sister is searching for a similar mattress to buy for her home. Thank you for your wonderful service! Honorable Mentions: Daniel (registrar) Bodie (valet parking) Josh, not sure of his name (bar tender) Girl parking attendant who parked my car on 7/30/24. I cannot remember her name. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful! Caleb at the Valet was helpful guiding us to the EV parking provided by the hotel. Mel at the Valet was knowledgeable and fun to talk with. Check in was easy and the room was efficiently laid out. Shower was great! The Shore Room was a great stop for an afternoon snack. Sitting overlooking the river was a treat! Food was good and the service was excellent. We enjoyed talking with the staff - they were all so positive about their city. Bundox Bocce is a fun place to hang out, get a drink, play some games! Wish we spent more time there (or have one in our area!!). Renaissance Reno was a great place to stay! No ******, but lots of options around if that's your thing! Check it out!

Love this hotel! Rafael & Bode at Valet offered great service as well. Amazing room. The lil restaurant overlooking the river was super relaxing and romantic. The room was modern, comfy and we loved the views snd could see fireworks from our window as well.

The staff here were very helpful, especially Mel. He provided me with several options of things to do and where to eat in the area. He even shared with me a tip on how to save money for several local attractions. I enjoyed my stay and would return again.

I had to travel for business on very late notice, and the staff at the Renaissance were more than accommodating. The front desk helped me check in early, and Mel at the valet took wonderful care of my vehicle, making sure I could get in and out quickly. One of the nicest and most professional hotel staffs I've ever encountered!

I was disappointed in this hotel. The rooms were dark and it was not as clean as I would expect from a higher end Marriott. The location is not super safe to walk around at night. But the beds were comfortable and the common areas were good.

Valet was quick, the room was a 3 because there weren't any seating room and the dresser was literally on the floor and the room was dirty but we couldn't get a room switch cause we used the bathroom? LOL! I don't have anything esle to say but because they would not let me post my review unless it's 200 words long, smh!

The Valet attendant was extremely helpful and kind. His name is Rafeal. The hotel is also very nice. Very clean and the service is great all around. We ate at the bar and the food there was great as well as our very kind server! This hotel is all around an A+ place to stay.
