Gennadi Gardens Apartments & Villas

My family have just had a great holiday at Gennadi Gardens. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the air con was great. Also good to have 2 balconies and 3 pools to choose from. All the staff were so friendly and very helpful. It is only a few minutes walk to a great bakers, supermarket and several restaurants. Also good parking. Highly recommended!

On outskirts of village but close enough to walk to the many great restaurants/bars nearby, grocery store and amazing beaches. Several pools to choose from and great views! Air conditioning worked very well.

We’ve been to Rhodes a couple of time but decided to stay in Gennadi. We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious and clean - cleaned every couple days. The pool areas were clean (3 pools) although a little cold but I guess it’s needed after being in the sun. George was very kind and cooked a nice breakfast. Not far from gennadi village where there’s lots of nice places to eat, the bakery and shop are well equipped but highly recommend going the bakery early as things do sell out quick. We would definitely return back in the near future. Thank you for a lovely stay from start to finish.

Always a pleasure to come here. Great place with excellent service. George and Anastasios do everything to ensure that guests have a good time. We will be back. The apartments is always clean and comfy.

Wonderful staff. Great location. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Even bakery. Beach is almost walking distance. Easier with 3-5 min drive by car. Plenty of parking. The apartment we had has a full sea view. Owner welcomed us. Manager George is simply amazing and caring.

First time visit to Rhodes and so lucky we chose Gennadi as our base. Our three bed villa at Gennadi Gardens was excellent from start to finish. George made us feel so welcome when we arrived and looked after us brilliantly throughout. The villa looks out to sea, has private parking and is really peaceful. The complex has a small bar and restaurant which are great for an ice cream or a night cap/coffee. The housekeepers do a great job keeping everything spotless and were so friendly. I can’t remember the last time we felt so relaxed from the minute we arrived. The village is a two minute walk where there are three main bars (the lab, Antika and 7dwarfs all great). Lots of restaurants in the village are all good as are the three on the beach. We hired a car and I would highly recommend a trip to Kiotari which has some stunning restaurants (The Lighthouse, Vianya and Petalas our favourites ) In the village there is a small supermarket, a great bakery and a pharmacy. So thanks George for a wonderful break, we look forward to returning soon.

Apartment big, clean, staff very, very helpful. Many thanks for sunny terrace:) Gennadi village is a very good place for Prasonisi windsurfing - about 20 minutes by car and not much longer by bus. In village is a lot of restaurants, fantastic bakery and good fish restaurant near the beach. Baby calamars and big shrimps was fantastic.
