The Liberty Trust

The building is very interesting. It has been well done in the conversion from a bank to a hotel. We were only there one night. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our window view was the utility box on the roof of the next building that was only 2 floors). We just kept the blind closed. I would stay again (requesting a different room on a higher floor)

We were just passing through, but The Liberty Trust had us wishing for more time. A refurbished downtown bank, the hotel is fresh and new. Large comfortable room, large comfortable bed, and large comfortable bathroom. All good. Located in the middle of an interesting setting in downtown Roanoke.

Great stay Friendly and clean Would like to have fitted sheets, otherwise stay was perfect.

Unique concept with hotel transformed from an old bank. Staff helpful and professional. Walkable distance to many restaurants and such. Room nice but fairly basic, not aligned with luxury hotel, shower was nice. Overall stay was fine and served its purpose.

All was good until checking out and found that my locked bicycle was stolen from the hotel’s parking garage after being told that it was safe there because the garage is patrolled 24/7. Hotel was unwilling to be responsible or make an appropriate accommodation.
