"I initially booked the room for, I think, 4 days. After they approved my request to move to a room with a balcony, I extended my stay for three weeks, making it a month in total. My stay was comfortable, thankfully. The location is great, with everything close by. The hotel staff, without exception, were excellent. They helped me a lot with my requests and were friendly. From the reception, Ms. Iman was dedicated to ensuring I stayed longer, even offering me a three-day upgrade, a huge thank you to Iman. Aya and Sara also made sure I was comfortable, especially since I was alone most of the time. I experienced a health issue, and honestly, I felt like I was in a family home; everyone was caring and constantly checking on me, to the extent that Ms. Iman made sure to call me every morning to check in. The security guards, Mohamed I think, and his colleague, took care of me when I requested a taxi, making sure to escort me to the car, especially on the days I wasn't feeling well. Mr. Amr and his colleague, I believe Ahmed or Mohamed, were incredibly polite and ethical; they helped me so much and made me feel like their mother 🥹. The girls, Nourhan, Hadeer, Manal, and Shaimaa, were wonderful and well-mannered. I always asked for them near the end of the day, a bit before they left, and they would come quickly to clean the apartment with smiles and complete ease, honestly. Drinks like tea, sugar, Nescafe, and water were available upon request and arrived quickly. My only wish is for there to be vacuum cleaners for the dust, as I was on the first floor and the balcony was open. And I wish there were a few more cleaning supplies. As for the linens and towels, they were all new, clean, and white. Tissues were available for the bathroom, rooms, and kitchen. A big thank you to everyone at Side Park Hotel 🤍🤍.
