Hotels near Monumento Equestre Dedicato a Scanderberg, Rome

The location of this hotel is perfect. You can see the colosseum once you stepped out of the hotel. We took a train from the airport and then catch an Uber to the hotel. It was very convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It is easy to travel around Rome via the bus or metro. If we were to come back to Rome again, we will definitely choose this hotel. It was a very pleasant experience

I was nervous about travelling alone for the first time, but the staff (Alessio, Flavio, Martina and Bianca) made my trip unforgettable. The team are so funny and friendly. Alessio (the bar manager) provides the most entertaining atmosphere and is a true credit to the hostel. My private room was clean and comfortable with beauty Italian decor. The guests were a mixture of solo travellers and groups (generally 20-40ish) but everybody was made to feel welcome and included. Thank you to Alessio and the team for a phenomenal experience!

The recently renovated ApartHotelColombo is perfect for those who are in Rome for work in the Colombo/Ostiense ring road/Garbatella area. The rooms are all very large (even the standard ones), very quiet, with very comfortable beds, very functional, bright, with giant smart TV, courtesy water, coffee machine with pods, wooden floor, very large bathroom and shower, temperature perfect. The breakfast was good and plentiful, the girls at the reception (especially Maria) were very kind, smiling and always available to help you. The rates are high, but if you are there for work reasons and you guarantee a fixed presence for a certain amount. period you can agree on very competitive prices! The only flaw is the cleanliness of the room and the condition of the towels, which for a 4-star hotel could/should be much better. Until next time!

Clean room, no fan so it was red hot all the time but overall nice room. Constant banging running around and shouting till early hours of the morning so slept awfully 3/5 of the nights stay. I did call reception and ask some something too he said but the man on the desk said “what am I supposed to say” . Breakfasts is pretty poor, best part was the bought in yoghurt. Location is ok, I highly recommend getting a lime scooter account as you’ll need one

This was my second stay at Nerva Accomodation Cavour, and I was completely satisfied. We arrived about 9pm having chosen the self check-in option: access to the hotel and room were via PIN codes supplied by WhatsApp, which worked fine. Room was perfectly clean and had air conditioning controlled by a remote control. Staff were available at breakfast, which comprised tea/coffee and a selection of pastries and yoghurts. A little noise could be heard from other rooms, but nothing disturbing. Location is a short walk from both Termini station and the Colosseum.

I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was great- it's located 10 mins from termini central station (so easy to get there from the airport and no need to walk alot with your luggage), and from piazza della repubblica (so close to another metro station). The location was great because it's walking distance to everthing you want to see (I only took the metro to the vatican- you could also walk there, which I did on the way back when I had more time). There are also good restaurants, gelaterias and shops in the area (as it's located next to via nazionale and the opera house) and they are usually less expensive and crowded than those near famous sites (so I ate there almost every evening). I had a single room which was clean and had everything I needed (comfy bed, safe, hot water, wifi, etc.). The staff was really nice and helpful (they are there 24/7, and you can leave your luggage with them if you need), and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit! This hotel is in an incomparable location for those wishing to travel to or from Termini Station and the Termini metro station. It is in close proximity to many first class sites, including the Baths of Diocletian, Santa Maria Maggiore, and Santa Pressede. The atmosphere within the hotel is modern and restful --worlds away from the gritty hustle and bustle outside its doors. The Superior Double room that we were given was of good size, quiet and was recently decorated with very lovely wood accents. The bathroom looked modern; however, the grout in the shower was already showing signs of age. This might be attributable to the fact that there was no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was generous and good for the most part. I did, however, find it shocking that , rather than picking the coffee cup up by its saucer, the waiter picked up the cup by its top (yuck) in order to refill it, leaving the saucer on the table. Given the reasonable price point, this hotel provides a good and predictable night's stay.

I'm sure that each of us has his own scale of factors to evaluate whether a place is beautiful or ugly but that the added value is the people. In this clean, nice and very comfortable hotel, near the Roma Termini station, it is precisely the people who make a small hotel a point of reference for our trips to Rome. Paola from the reception was, and is, the person who followed us during the booking process and who went out of her way to help us project our photographs on a wall, in a small room set up just for us, a small group of photographers arrived in town for a two day photography course. I stayed in this facility at a Laurea. The living was very pleasant, the clean structure, with the attached daily cleaning service of the room. As a lactose intolerant subject, I found valid alternatives for breakfast and staff was extremely friendly and friendly. Excellent quality-price relationship. I recommend.
