"Good hotel in a lovely location. Staff were excellent. Pool was beautiful, warm and welcoming. Food wasn’t good. I had booked half board. Sadly you couldn’t change from the set menu which looked great but was actually awful. I left every meal after a mouthful. At 32 euros it should be much better"

"We had some personal plans that affected our booking and even though we booked with no refundable options, Hotel Carmen was very accomodating to try and help us out. Our only feedback is that we wish their email communication would be more punctual as it took them over 2 weeks to get back to us on our concerns however at the end, their solution when we got there was much appreciated. The staff are all very friendly and the room is okay. It is in a very central location and very close to the beach. "
