"The hotel is amazing in it self, but adding to that are the amazing, friendly, people that work in it. The rooms are spacious and very clean, location is superb for Rovinj, especially if you have a little child than there are a lot of stroller friendly walk paths."

"This was our fourth visit, and we’re already planning to return again next year! It’s always a wonderful experience. There are so many different activities for children, and the kids’ playroom is a real highlight - our little girl loves spending time there crafting or playing with other children her age, all under the supervision of the staff. It also gives us a chance to relax and enjoy the saunas. We love walking around the resort while she rides her bike, stopping every now and then to play at one of the many playgrounds. The pools are fantastic, and the food is excellent - there’s a huge selection to suit everyone, and everything is very tasty. All in all, a truly wonderful experience!"

"The room did not match the description on the internet; there was no direct access to the terrace and no kitchenette. The public terrace was right in front of our room, so there was no privacy if you wanted to open the window or let daylight into the room at all. It was not clearly stated in the advertisement that the room was so small and did not have the terrace and kitchen that are shown in most pictures. We booked for two people and the very small room did not even have enough space for two people to sit. The bottom of the bathroom door was already rotting and one of the pillows was dirty. The advertised parking lot was not directly in front of the building, but 10 minutes away and cost €15 per night. The advertisement was deliberately misleading; we were very disappointed. There was no response to my complaint."

"We had a brilliant holiday . We stayed for a week in a premium apartment. It was spacious and clean. We had 4 children and my husband and o slept on the sofa bed in the lounge. It was comfortable . You can walk down to the sea and the pools. There was always a sun bed free. The sea was beautiful! We are at the restaurant and buffet. Both were lovely ! The kids loved the ice creams and they were a good price. £1.55 a scoop and they were big. We got the taxi boat to rovinj it was 7 euros for children over 7 and adults one way and 2 euros for children under 7. Rovinj is beautiful and there are so many restaurants. We walked to rovinj one day. It was hot and took a while but we swam in the water on the way. We loved this holiday and would definitely go back "

"We chose this hotel because we wanted to experience staying on a small island. It was really nice, the ship from Rovinj to the island drives every hour, which makes trips to Rovinj really easy. Parking is 1.5km away from island reception, but they have shuttle service. So when you arrive, you drop the luggage at reception and drive behind shuttle van to park your car on a secured parking spot. Then come back to reception with a shuttle. Room was clean and tidy, renovated recently. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. There was a large selection of salty and sweet foods at every meal. Everything we ate was really tasty. They offer some gluten free options, also lots of vegan/vegetarian foods (tofu, legumes, plant based milk etc.). For lunch we went to a restaurant on island or to Rovinj. Beach is nice, with round pebbles. Sunbeds and beach umbrellas are free to use for hotel guests. The hotel has outside and inside pools, wellness, fitness. The paths on the island are very good for jogging. The only bad thing we can write about this hotel is that fitness was supposed to be open until 20:30, but they closed it at 19:30. No big deal of course, but worth mentioning :) Everything else was ok and we will gladly recommend Istra island hotel to others."
