Harlinger Lodge Annexe

Please stay away. 1 star is even too much. It was very dirty, with black mould, and smelt like mould and sewage. The sofa in the room had dirty stains. The room was very hot, and the small fan provided was insufficient, so we were forced to open the windows. However, the window frames are very dirty (full of spider webs), and the neighbours were very loud and barbequing in their garden, so it was not pleasant to have the windows open. The property's garden was a mess, and full of garbage bags which obviously attracts bugs. The floor of the room was disgusting, our feet turned completely black from walking barefoot on the floor for just a few minutes. Car parking, despite mentioned being available, was very limited on the streets. We booked for two weeks, but left after two horrendous nights. After complaining we only got a week refund, so I sincerely hope that the owner used our money and time for the additional 5 nights to do a massive severely needed cleaning of the room/property.

I appreciated the large room space, the comfort and the style of all parts of the house and the kindness of the manager. The location to journey!

The accommodation was good, however it wasn't clear on booking that this was shared accommodation had I known that I would have booked out the whole place. The place was all spotlessly clean and check in was excellent. Communication prior to arrival was also excellent and really helpful.

Everything was very good snd had a pleasurable stay. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Lovely place, simple and neat, with very comfortable bed and nice decor throughout, tea and coffee in the room and shared kitchen area. Smart lock system on all doors. Hosts are super friendly and helpful! I can't find any faults, so for the sake of improvement, the only thing that could make the experience better is some herbal tea missing in the room.

This place was perfect for our 2 night stay over London marathon weekend. Far enough away from the centre but accessible for the course with Greenwich and Woolwich easily accessible. All with free on site parking. The hosts were very welcoming and showed us everything we needed.

Could not fault it clean and tidy room . Quite area no noise . Only would definitely stay there again
