"My stay at this hotel was truly excellent! As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I felt great. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean, and the hallway signs were very clear, so I never got lost. The room was incredibly spacious and airy, with great ventilation, so it never felt stuffy – very comfortable to stay in. The staff were all warm and attentive; whenever I needed something, they responded quickly, making the service feel really pleasant. A special shout-out to the breakfast – the variety of cooked food was really comprehensive, with plenty of hot dishes; you could basically find anything you'd want to eat. Overall, the hygiene was also very well maintained, both in the common areas and in the rooms. This hotel is suitable for both leisure and business trips, offering great value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended!"

The soundproofing exceeded expectations; outside noise was virtually inaudible at night, ensuring a high quality of rest. The guest rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with comfortable bedding. Staff member Ling Jiu was courteous, responsive, and provided attentive service. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and would highly recommend it."

I wasn't even in the mood for sightseeing, so having restaurants, shops, and bars right on my doorstep was a godsend for a lazy person like me. For a hotel under 200 yuan, the service is truly a benchmark. The charging station was also cheaper than outside. This hotel was the only thing that far exceeded my expectations on this trip."

"This was a truly disappointing stay. This is the first time I've written a review like this! I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at your hotel, but the experience was truly disappointing. I still hope to objectively provide feedback to help the hotel improve and provide a reference for other travelers. First, the cleanliness was truly worrying. Mold was visible on the walls and ceiling of the room, which not only affected the aesthetics but also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The children's mat was visibly stained, clearly lacking regular cleaning and maintenance, making it particularly inconvenient for families with children. Second, the bedroom was permeated with a persistent odor from the bathroom drain, which persisted even with windows open for ventilation, severely impacting the comfort level. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, such basic issues are simply unacceptable. I understand the challenges of operating a hotel, but quality is determined by details, and hygiene and air quality are fundamental. I sincerely hope management will address these issues and address them. This review is not meant to be critical, but rather to help other travelers maintain reasonable expectations. I also hope the hotel will learn from this and improve its service."

"This hotel is super luxurious and perfect for drivers, with plenty of parking. Having a car makes getting around so convenient. However, it's a bit of a hassle for those traveling on foot as you'll constantly need to call for a taxi due to its distance from the commercial district. The infinity pool on the 8th floor seems to be open to the public, which means it can get quite crowded."

The weather is hot and the ice water is handed over, which instantly relieves the heat of the journey. Check-in efficiency is very high, the attitude is gentle and patient. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was comfortable and the environment was quiet. The subtle service is very warm, I feel humanized care everywhere, I live very solidly on business trips, and I will choose here next time."

Ruili City is not big, and the hotel location is not far from where to go. It is very convenient to eat and drive to the port. There is a self-driving parking space. Due to the hotel check-out time problem, we arrived at 1 o'clock and waited for the family room for 30 minutes. The girl at the front desk also gave water in time, and we waited for a while to check in. Small suggestion, the room is regularly done to kill mosquitoes."
