"Horrible experience, sign says new management but the people working there seem to be inexperienced, rude, with no customer service skills. It rained while we were there and the water was coming in the door because of the way the foundation has settled and the parking lot is higher ground than the concrete sidewalk by the doors. Water stains on the carpet, smelled musty inside. The wifi is horrible. The wifi for the tv didn't work either The 'coin operated laundrymat' no machines work in it. The turntable for the microwave did not work. The drains for the shower and sink would get clogged after 10 seconds of running water. The toilet had yellow stains in it. Lighting was poor in room, needs Led lights. When i talked to the 'assistant manager' her husband, boyfriend or whatever he is kept interrupting and was rude, taking no responsibility for the conditions of the place and blaming us instead."
