"Unfortunately, we had to regretfully note that the management is not responding to our concerns at all and that the well-being of the guest is NOT the top priority! If you like to sleep in and have a leisurely, stress-free breakfast with your children, you should NOT book here. Waiting times of up to an hour in front of the breakfast room (at a door that keeps opening) is the norm. The hotel has 140 rooms, including rooms with capacity for up to 6 people. The breakfast room has space for up to 80 people. Unfortunately, this concept cannot work. Management was informed about this issue, but unfortunately they show no great interest in solving the problem. In their response to our request, they simply wrote that it IS LIKE THIS EVERY WINTER and that THE FACTS CANNOT BE CHANGED! In my opinion, they DO NOT WANT TO change any facts here! What a shame, we will not recommend this hotel and will NEVER visit it again!"

"I had a few issues with my stay here, so I wasn't really sure how to rate the place. The first issue was with the air conditioning making buzzing noise from every 5 seconds while working to every minute while turned off. You can imagine the headache I was getting. I tried contacting the hotel via messages, emails, or calls with no success for 4 hours. To be fair, there might have been a problem with calling from my side (I was roaming), but it's strange that there is no messenger option (like WhatsApp, for example) for emergencies because it's hard to call while on international plan. Maybe they're not used to travelers from outside of the EU. Finally, my travel agent contacted the owner, and someone came to resolve the issue. Thank you to that man. But yeah, my plan to go to bed early failed. The next issue is that I found a cockroach in the room. Again, frankly speaking, it was barely alive, but I was terrified. And there were two flies in the room on top of that. However, I saw no insects after I had been moved to a different room. So, it either depends on the room category (I had a single originally), or it's a lottery. Not fun. The breakfast was good, though. Great variety of things to choose from, and the woman was quick to refill everything and clean up. The beds are comfortable, there's a safe in each room, and towels and other stuff are provided. It's located close to the park, but it's about 15-20 minute walk from the supermarket."

"Excellent location and good breakfast, but that’s where the positives end. Stayed in room 1, family room in the loft. Unbelievably warm on a night, the fan unit said the temperature was 30* in the room. Only a very small window in the bedroom to ventilate, there is a large skylight but if it’s open there is no way to stop the light coming in so needed to keep it closed to try and get the kids to sleep. Small portable aircon unit was provided, but way too small and gives out more heat from the vent tube at the back than ii manages to push out. Room is just not fit for purpose and feels done on the cheap. It needs proper aircon or ventilation fitting to be used in summer. The whole family struggled to sleep and did really impact on our break."
