"ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We booked a night with a friend, we were at the theme park for the day and sent a message before 7:30 p.m. (check-in end time) to warn that we would be 10 minutes late. She simply told us that it was not possible, the person in charge of handing over the keys had already left and this famous Christine simply left us outside in the cold (end of November) without any mercy. She then gave no more news, no response to our calls and messages but nonetheless collected our money. We contacted booking who requested a refund from the latter who refused it and who had the nerve to send us an email saying that we did not show up. We had to pay for another night in a hotel after staying more than an hour and a half in the cold while we found a solution. People like her disgust me. Never book with her!!!"

"We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, it was beautifully clean on arrival and cleaned each day we were out with beds made. We had a code to get in which was handy on the arrival day. The total is a 5 minute walk away from Europa-Park entrance which was brilliant for us as we didn’t need a shuttle bus. The hotel provided a lovely healthy continental breakfast with lots of choice. The food in the restaurant is Italian with a good selection and very reasonably priced. The hotel also offers a free carpark across the road which was very helpful. The hotel also provided free and reliable WiFi. The staff throughout the hotel are really friendly. We will be back to visit again. Very happy with our stay! Thank you"

"Just next to the park, the location is full, the hotel guest vip enters the park 30 minutes in advance, parking spaces are sufficient, free. Other facilities have a good breakfast, the price is not high, and it is convenient to play with the baby."

"An excellent hotel with a delicious restaurant on the top floor. The restaurant's veranda offers a magnificent view of the sunset. There's a stop nearby with a free city bus to the park. I highly recommend it!"

"I loved this best house! From now on, my mom and I will always book in the same room we stayed in this time. Room 6. This room had everything we needed. It had: 4 beds 2 Bed rooms 1 bathroom A mini fridge Even a TV! The breakfast was so clean and the food was amazing! It is a few minutes walk from Europa park and as a child, I really recommend this area for you and your family ❤️"
