"It's an old house with no elevator, so it's not recommended for travelers with large suitcases. There are only about 20 rooms in total, each with its own characteristics. We stayed in the attic on the top floor, where the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom and had a large bathtub."

Bed was really comfy. Rye is a beautiful town, had lunch in the most ******* pub Mermaid inn which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again. Beth and Nick ☺️"

"Great, central location, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed & good value. Lots of lovely eateries in immediate vicinity so don’t be put off by no breakfast provision. We stayed in the “Beach” super king room at the back of the property so very peaceful. Friendly welcome & easy check in/out."
