"Pros: working air conditioning. That's it. Cons: the facility is falling apart, the restaurant closed some time ago, and there's no breakfast available, which is standard for a 3-star hotel. The rooms are run-down, supposedly new (2018), but they haven't been updated and are being run on the basis that it'll somehow work without investment. The service is worse than -1 star. I mistakenly made a reservation online for a different date, but over the phone, no problem, we'll reschedule for today. I paid for the new reservation on the spot, and today I was informed that the wrong one won't be canceled and the deposit won't be refunded. I'll officially come back and make such a mess in your room that you'll pay more for cleaning than for a night. ROCK THE ROCK. GET OUT OF IT AND SHUT UP ASAP."

"The Hotel Krynica is right next to the city’s ice arena and only a 10-15 minutes walk away from the downtown area. We were there with a large event and the hotel delivered perfectly on all aspects. Even their standard rooms are quite large and they have a variety of rooms in different sizes. The most impressive performance came from the kitchen and this was a big task as meal times basically blended one into the other. Nonetheless the food was always fresh and quickly refilled when running low. For the evenings the hotel also offers several bars and even dancing on selected evenings. The spa has also been a popular feature with saunas and a particularly well-heated steam room. The Hotel Krynica would be a welcome option on a return visit."

"The stay in the hotel left a bittersweet feeling. The location is nice, the general look of the hotel is good but when you drill info the details we found: - cleaning service wasnt doing their job, no vacuum being done (crumbs on the carpet, no sheet setup) and we had to ask for cleaning service otherwise the room was left as is - water in the main pool was really chilly, without movement you could not stay long - hotel does not advice pet owners to keep them in check or have some additional protection gear (which resulted in one case when in elevator a mid-size dog almost jumped into our 1y trolley). Generally I would pick a different place next time"

"Overrated resort far away from 5 star at Max 4 star. Well located. Very small swimming pool and spa with a cold water. Breakfast nothing exceptional. . Paying parking fée - scandal. It should be included since people already pay a high price. Nice rooms well designed with no phonic isolation between rooms. I could hear my neighbour watching tv. Missed cleaning service, unacceptable for 5 star resort I think there is still a lot to learn particularly how to treat a client. The only rooms that have value are the ones with a river view the rest is like staying in a parking lot unless you like to watch your car ."

"This is a nice, but average facility. Located right on a shin slope understand it is a tremendous hike to the village. No GIF available at all except very specific hours. Never found a vending machine anywhere so plan accordingly. Very clean"
