Hotel Alpin Superior ★★★
"The rooms were expensive, the bedding was poor quality, and our room was cold. We even had to jury-rig the curtains just to get them to close properly. But the worst part was the incredibly unpleasant manager. We were heading to the spa around 1 PM, dressed in our bathrobes, when we ran into him in the hallway. Without even a greeting, and in a very disagreeable tone, he just blurted out: 'The spa opens at 3 PM!!!!' We truly didn't feel welcome at this hotel. When you're charging 280 (currency implied) for a room, you really need to deliver on quality bedding, proper maintenance, and overall good service. A huge shout-out, however, to the young woman who handled both the shuttle service and housekeeping. She was incredibly cheerful, welcoming, and truly presented the hotel in a positive light—something it desperately needs."
The Capra Saas-Fee ★★★★★
"We stayed at The Capra over Christmas and couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience. The hotel is beautifully designed — cozy, quiet, and nestled just steps from the slopes, yet it feels like your own private alpine retreat. The spa and pool were perfect for unwinding after ski days, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were incredibly accommodating with our family, even organizing a visit from Santa for the kids. Every detail was thoughtful, warm, and personal. A truly special place we can’t wait to return to."
Hotel Etoile ★★★
"Good hotel, very friendly staff."
Revier Mountain Lodge Saas-Fee ★★★
"Went as part of a ski group. Rooms are very basic and small, the check-in and check-out is contactless, you open the door with your phone. Right next to two gondolas. Staff were absolutely fantastic, the most pleasant group of people I've ever met at a hotel!"
Hotel Bristol ★★★
"As a first time visiting Saas-Fee, the hotel Bristol was an absolutely amazing place to stay. As Aussie tourists visiting Switzerland for the first time Amel, Kadija and all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. As well as helping us with any questions or requests we may have had. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded treating us to lovely furnished room with a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains. The in-house restaurant provided a beautiful selection for breakfast and offered a fine culinary experience for dinner. Will definitely stay at the hotel Bristol for future return visits."
Walliserhof Grand-Hotel & Spa Relais & Châteaux ★★★★★
"Enjoyed a wonderful stay in February half term. Children were made really welcome, colouring at dinner, mini dressing gowns and slippers, little teddies on the bed. We stayed in the Attica suite, was very spacious and really worked with the kids. Afternoon tea, complimentary selection for cakes was great. Dinner in the evening was extremely high standard and really enjoyed the live pianist too. Ski shuttles were always free and very minimal wait. Only improvement would be breakfast buffet was in a small space and could be spread out a bit across the restaurant so felt unnecessarily cramped / crowded. Also not sure why extra charge for certain eggs, given the room rates, normally this is complimentary. Thank you for a fabulous experience."
Boutique Hotel la Gorge ★★★
"What a wonderful discovery! The hotel is tastefully renovated, the rooms are beautiful, as are the bathrooms. My room had a balcony, was very quiet, and a very comfortable size. The breakfast room (which also serves as a restaurant in the evening) is magnificent with spectacular views of the gorge and the mountains. Everything is done with style. The staff is incredibly attentive. A real pleasure. And as mentioned earlier, the hotel is just 5 minutes from the Alpine Express departure point. The only drawback, but not insurmountable, is that there is no elevator to reach the rooms."
Wellnesshotel Schweizerhof ★★★★
"Good service. Room is spacious and comfortable. Good view for having breakfast."
Hotel Christiania Saas-Fee ★★★
"Ideal location, spacious and clean family room, exceptional customer service, all employees were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable holiday. We highly recommend the Christiana hotel."
