I ended up getting a refund and checking out at midnight. Bugs were dripping from the ceiling onto the bed and onto my face, and they were bursting on the bed. Is it really right to just put up with that? The elderly person who was there during check-in was very kind. When I called to report the situation, they apologized, saying there were no other rooms available, and offered a refund, so I tried to endure it. However, when the night shift staff came to check, they looked at me strangely, asking why I was complaining and threatening to check out over something like this. It is truly the worst. A hotel should prioritize cleanliness above all else, and whether the bugs are big or small, isn't that something the guest has to bear? I absolutely do not recommend this place."
