By the way, when I reported the cleaning problem to the front desk during check-out, the front desk just said calmly, "I'm sorry to hear that." Nothing else."

The food was consistently delicious and of a very high standard, making each meal a memorable experience. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We were especially touched by how sincerely they celebrated both my husband’s and my son’s birthdays. Their kindness made us feel truly valued and created memories our family will cherish. If we return to the Champagne region, we would happily choose to stay here again. The only disappointment was that, despite booking several months in advance, my son’s tennis lesson was unfortunately not arranged. As a result, my husband and I had to miss the spa treatment we had reserved, which was a shame. I also think it would be wonderful if there were more activities and programs for children, allowing parents to enjoy some relaxing time as well. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all of the valet and parking staff. They were the first people to welcome us and the last to say goodbye, and their warmth and kindness made both the beginning and the end of our stay especially pleasant. A special thank you to the staff member who took the time to play chess with my son. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much to our family. His kindness made our son’s stay even more memorable."
