"The experience was 100 times better than the Kensington Hotel next door. Although the facilities were older, the service was excellent. The receptionist helped with my luggage to the room. The smart toilet was great. Everything was very clean. The backyard leads directly to the pool. The Wi-Fi was fantastic. Dinner was delicious, the entertainment was great, and the environment was beautiful. I especially loved the 4-meter deep pool."

"The hotel room was terrible. The closet light was on all night, making it impossible to sleep. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable. The front desk staff was rude, and the pool water was dirty. I asked the front desk the night before what the latest check-out time was, and they said 2 p.m. However, when I checked out at 2 p.m., I was charged $57.50. It was very infuriating. The front desk staff blamed each other, and the manager refused to come out and was nowhere to be seen. The front desk employee, Elaine Demei, was also very rude. The night before, an intern named Cindy told us we could check out as late as 2 p.m., but the manager, Faimon, was away and didn't address the situation."

"The front desk staff is very warm and friendly. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its low price and excellent location! It is very convenient to go anywhere. There are many cafes, bars, grills and other shops nearby. The nearest Mike Beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. You can go there from the small road. The hotel has parking spaces, which is very convenient if you rent a car. The American Memorial Park is also very close, about 20 minutes' walk away. There are many supermarkets nearby where you can buy daily necessities. The facilities are a little old, which is why the price is so friendly. The sink and toilet are not very easy to use. The hand sanitizer feels very slippery after washing. The WiFi speed in the room is a bit slow. There are only two bottles of drinking water per day, but you can go to the water dispenser on the 3rd floor to get water and ice cubes. One of the lights in room 205 on the first day was broken, and there was an average of a click sound every 25 seconds. The bed is a 1.5 double bed, which is higher in the middle and lower around, causing the stomach to feel higher than the heart when sleeping at night, and breathing is a bit difficult. Although you can't see the sea view, you basically go out to play during the day and are not in the room, so it doesn't have much impact. Overall, it's not bad. It is a good choice for friends with limited budgets."
