"⭐️ Relaxed Hostel in the middle of a shopping street & super close ti Omiya station ⭐️ 💚PROS: + absolutely great location, with food&shopping options in direct vicinity and the station just 5 minutes away on foot + everything is provided: slippers, towels, shampoos, bodywash, toothbrush & other hygiene items - pyjama is also included + great washrooms, very clean & enough so you never have to wait + comfortable beds, extra pillows readily available, luggage space&storage also available + 24/7 staff, so you can always ask someone if you have a question + food(curry,udon,ice-cream) & drinks (water,soft drinks, coffee, tea) available for free + japanese mangas to read for free as well ❤️🩹CONS - the individual fan of each bed i quite loud, even if you turn yours off, the fans from the other beds are really loud - ohropax definitely needed! - no socializing, it truly is only for sleeping ☀️I really enjoyed my stay & even saved money since i ate all my meals at the hostel! If i were to stay in Saitama again, i would definitely book this hostel! ☀️"

"The facilities have been renovated, but I was surprised to smell cigarette smoke as soon as I got off the elevator, even though it's supposed to be non-smoking. They only provide basic amenities, so you should definitely bring your own toiletries and cosmetics. The room was clean, but I was quite surprised to see the key card holder on the wall was taped up with masking tape and there were sticker marks on the air conditioner remote. Also, I was surprised there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom."

"The hotel's location isn't far from Omiya Station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The triple room had two single beds plus a long sofa, which was about 0.8 meters wide. The room itself was pretty good, and the hotel breakfast was decent. However, the hotel's public bath (onsen) is also open to day visitors, so it can get quite crowded. I had to wait to use a hairdryer, and there were very few toiletries provided. Also, the slippers weren't disposable, and the soles of the slippers in my room were already very dirty, which was a big downside."

"As soon as I filled the bathtub with hot water, a body hair that appeared to be the former type suddenly appeared floating in the water. It would have been nice if they had provided complimentary drinks in the morning as well. The attitude of the front desk staff varied greatly depending on the person. I felt intimidated by some of the more overbearing ones. The hotel is conveniently located near the station."

The capsule itself was spacious enough to change clothes comfortably, though you couldn't stand up. It even had a TV. The free snacks were varied and you could read manga, which was a nice touch. There were always staff present, and the female-only area required a key card for entry, making it feel very safe. I'll definitely use this place again."
