However, amenities need to improve as bed sheets and towels has stains and kinda old, there's no toiletries and hot water. Much better if they will replace and add some amenities. Also wifi is too low. On the other hand, the staff are nice and they allow me to check-in early. Recommended for swift stay and if your looking a budget rate."

"I had requested a quiet room well in advance, but unfortunately, I was given one facing the street. As a result, I didn't sleep well for two nights due to the traffic and woke up early. On the third night, I was kindly allowed to move to a room at the back. The staff were friendly and helpful, however, I was disturbed by them on the last night. The employees were talking too loudly in the stairwell, listening to music on their phones, and moving chairs. I asked them to be quiet at 11:30 p.m., but was unfortunately ignored. At 2:00 a.m., it was still noisy in the stairwell. The hostel is rather basic. The bathroom has no toilet seat, no mirror, the water pressure is low, and the mattresses are worn out. At least there's a flat-screen TV where you can watch YouTube. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in Calbayog, it's certainly an option for a night or two."
