JIUXI HOTEL ★★★
"Facilities: New hotel, very clean, with complete facilities and functions. Hygiene: Clean and very well maintained. Environment: Conveniently located for dining, with supermarkets and fruit shops nearby; it has its own floor. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave candy to the children."
Sanmenxia Swan Yun International Hotel ★★★★★
"Service; overall service is very good!"
Four Seasons Hot Spring Hotel (Sanmenxia Shaanzhou District) ★★★
"The room was okay overall, and the space was quite large. The service from the young lady the day before yesterday was very good. She gave the child a souvenir as soon as she arrived at the front desk (it's not the gift that's valuable, it's the friendship). I have to complain about the air conditioner and slippers. Let's just say that although they are disposable, they can at least be worn for a night. I felt sticky under my feet after just a few steps, and I saw that they were covered in hair. 😅😅😅 And the air conditioner was whirring all night long. It was really annoying. It is really not recommended for light sleepers."
Ezzi Hotel (Shaanxi District Government Store, Sanmenxia ★★★
"Very average. I went there because of Mr. Zhu's video. The room smelled strongly of smoke and had a very unpleasant odor. The facilities and environment were just so-so. We were probably unlucky; there was a power outage for several hours last night, and we were stuck in a dark, hot room without anyone explaining why. They were completely indifferent, and there was no explanation at all when we checked out this morning. I rarely give bad reviews unless I'm really unhappy... I hope you won't ruin Mr. Zhu's reputation."
Swan City International Hotel ★★★★★
"There aren't many restaurants around the hotel, so I had to eat at the hotel. I had dinner on the third floor, which consisted of shrimp dumplings and some vegetables. After eating, I felt nauseous when I returned to my room. I thought it would subside after a while, but I vomited in less than an hour. I reported this to the hotel when I checked out, and they called back saying they wouldn't charge me for the meal. However, they later charged me again. After Ctrip intervened, the hotel refused to take responsibility. This is an extremely irresponsible hotel; it's awful. Let me talk about the bathroom. For a five-star hotel, the bathroom has no ventilation. The bathroom door was closed overnight, and when I opened it in the morning to wash up, it stank so badly I couldn't even get in. I had booked a lake-view room on the 33rd floor, and I don't know where the stench came from. I looked closely, and it seems the room's ventilation relies on the bedroom's ventilation, requiring the bathroom to be open 24 hours a day, including when using the toilet. When I opened the bathroom door in the morning, the room was filled with a strong stench that gave me a headache. I had to open the room door to let the air from the hallway in. Strangely, the airflow in the elevator was particularly strong, probably because the stench from each room couldn't dissipate and they needed to rely on the cross ventilation in the elevator. With such facilities and service, and it's a five-star hotel? Terrible, absolutely terrible. Don't come here."
Swan Lake International Hotel ★★★★★
"The most convenient hotel for viewing the Yellow River and swans, with a grand design and located in a scenic wetland park. Swans arrived as expected, wild geese, black storks and white spoonbills played on the mudflats, and the scenery along the Yellow River Road was beautiful. During the Spring Festival, the hotel's room hygiene and restaurant service were very hard, but the professional quality was extremely high, professional and dedicated, and the police uncle at the door was also handsome and enthusiastic."
Hometown Impression Dikengyuan Homestay ★★
"If you're coming to Shanzhou, you absolutely have to experience a pit-dwelling guesthouse! I highly recommend this one; I stumbled upon it by chance, and it's an absolute gem. The one I stayed in is a renovated century-old courtyard. As you walk down the path, you immediately experience the unique warmth in winter and coolness in summer that these pit dwellings offer. It's truly a summer haven (especially coming from Hangzhou, where it hits a scorching 40 degrees!). In the evenings, a gentle breeze flows through the courtyard, and you can look up to see a sky full of stars. With sunflowers growing everywhere, it's 100 times more comfortable than a hotel. Sitting in the courtyard creates such a wonderful atmosphere. I strongly recommend dining here; they serve incredibly authentic farm-to-table dishes that you simply won't find anywhere else. The Shanzhou specialties like braised carp, braised eggplant, and stir-fried green beans are all so flavorful and incredibly moreish, especially when paired with their handmade steamed buns – you'll want to lick the plate clean! You can eat until you're stuffed for just 30 RMB per person. I can't forget these flavors, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!"
Starway Hotel (Sanmenxia Shangyang South Road Municipal Government) ★★★
Star River Courtyard Homestay ★★
"Five-star recommends Xinghe Dikeng Courtyard! The atmosphere of the courtyard is full, the photos are good, and the room is clean and odorless. The boss is patient and thoughtful, the aunt is warm and hospitable, the farm food is delicious, and we have a CD-ROM throughout. The location is excellent, very close to the main scenic spot, convenient to travel, quiet and livable, full of experience, it is worth two brushes!"
